Excellent service from the word go
Excellent service from the word go . The item I ordered had a little chip on it, but as soon as I emailed them Josephine got back to me right away and a replacement was sent out straight away. Can’t recommend the company and their after care support enough ! Especially Josephine ‘s help, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone, and I intend to buy more products from them

These round mirrors are fantastic
These round mirrors are fantastic. Looking at the design ideas of the mirrors was brilliant . Initially my wife only purchased one mirror, but it didn’t give us the effect we wanted, so I looked at B+G and we purchased 3 more varying sizes of mirrors, perfect.
We are also so glad to be supporting local businesses and amazed at the next day delivery.

Any issues with your order just email them and they will fully sort it for you ASAP. Good old fashion service - wish there were more businesses out there like this one.

Yesterday I ordered a potted bamboo plant and also 2 antique style baroque photo frames. I received them all today and am very impressed with the quick turnaround, the quality of all the items and the excellent packaging. I am now deliberating between ordering a faux eucalyptus plant in ceramic pot or a large potted eucalyptus bush…

What can I say but WOW
What can I say but WOW, Im always apprehensive purchasing on new sites,
But I am absolutely blown away by the Beautiful detail and quality with my purchase,
I had ordered the Map Serving Trays and what a Beautiful addition they have made to my home,
Also the packing to make sure it arrives safely absolutely amazing,

I can't recommend this site highly enough I've purchased multiple things over the years have always been overjoyed with the quality of my purchases. If your looking for something a bit different and something that's definitely eye-catching which I guarantee other people can not help but comment on there is no better place. I find the prices to be very reasonable, delivery prompt and so well packaged it is impossible for any damage to be done. My recent purchases have brought me a great deal of joy and makes me smile just looking at them. The owner's of the site are both professional and courteous and a pleasure to deal with

Original shipment got lost in transit but as soon as I reported a replacement order was despatched via a different delivery company and it arrived very securely packaged the next day.
Second time we've bought from Brown+Ginger, but definitely not the last.
Great Customer-Service and Satisfaction.

Ordered the ceramic leopards they arrived the very next day.Securely packaged & boxed up as fragile. Fabulous quick service & at a very good price. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again & it’s good to order from the smaller companies to try to keep them in business.

Beautiful goods and Customer Service to Match
I came across this wonderful website when I was searching for a mirror and a specific accessory for my bathroom.
I found both on the website of Brown and Ginger. I placed my order and the items were delivered promptly.

Absolute debacle. Ordered a very expensive item but not sent, not sent, then their ridiculous logistics company said they had sent an email but hadn't. Ended up cancelling out of pure frustration. Never again.

Hi Nicola,
For clarity, your order was placed on Monday 8th September with an estimated delivery of 16th - 17th September. This delivery window was displayed on the product page, in the basket, and again at checkout so customers could make an informed decision before purchasing.
As promised in our communications, the item was collected on Friday 12th September by Kinetic, a specialist courier with a strong track record for safely handling large and fragile items. I confirmed with you then that your order remained on track for delivery within the timeframe.
When you raised concerns on Monday 15th September as to why it had not yet been delivered, I re-shared Kinetic’s booking link email (which they confirmed was sent) so you could select a convenient delivery day. As three days had passed since then, the delivery slots for 17th September had filled, so I proactively liaised with Kinetic to see if delivery could still be achieved on the planned date. I also reassured you that I had arranged a back-up option to ship a second table via an alternative company if needed, so that delivery would still take place on the promised day.
Following my talks with Kinetic, they were able to re-plan their schedule to confirm delivery for the promised date of 17th September and emailed you with a timeslot of 4pm - 7pm. You then advised the delivery address would be unoccupied at that time — information not previously shared — and requested a refund, which I processed immediately via PayPal.
Large furniture requires specialist handling to avoid damage; it isn’t Amazon-speed, but it is the safest option for customers and their homes. While I’m sorry it wasn’t what you expected, the order was on time and updates were provided throughout.

Jo helped me out as I’d had a very bad experience with a piece of furniture from a large retailer. Jo reassured me and and personally checked over my stunning sideboard prior to it being shipped out to me in perfect condition condition.
It’s a stunning piece of furniture and I would highly recommend purchasing from Brown and Ginger, the customer service and help is above and beyond.
