This is a local garage that feels like a top end boutique dealership. The reception area is stylish and comfortable and the staff are very welcoming and customer focussed. They remember your face when you return. I've used them for servicing and MOTs for several months now, but have just bought a car from them. The sales experience is every bit as friendly and unpressured as the servicing side. We dealt with Lewis, who was knowledgeable and friendly. Zero pressure to rush a decision. When we explained we needed a car that our large dog could fit in, they encouraged us to go and get him so he could see which boot space was best. Old fashioned quality service. Oh, and the range of cars is huge and they were all great quality examples. Happy to recommend.

I had a great experience. The team was professional and courteous. I received prompt responses, both on phone and on Whatsapp. I especially appreciated the transparency with all the information that I requested. For instance, many other dealers refused to show me the battery SOH report but I got to see it for the EV I bought as soon as I asked for it.

Excellent service. I was unsure about a DPF regen light so they did a full test and dropped off the vehicle for me rather than me having to make another journey. Excellent communication throughout.

I had a really good experience with Browns. Everyone was really friendly, offered drinks, and even stayed after closing to get everything sorted, which I appreciated.

The main thing for me was that nobody was pushy. Most garages I’ve been to feel like they’re trying to force a sale, but it didn’t feel like that at all with you. The team were just honest and upfront about the cars, pointed out any issues, and it felt like they were doing that to be helpful rather than to upsell.

That’s a big part of why I ended up buying the Model Y from you, and I love the car.
