Browns Pharmacy Group is a family owned business of eleven pharmacies across the Midlands from Kings Norton to Hinckley. Our first pharmacy at Kingshurst was purchased by Walter Brown in 1980 and since then we have grown steadily. We believe strongly that our purpose is to provide our customers and patients with high quality service in dispensing and supply of medicines, pharmacist consultations and by offering good value products that help make people feel better. Appalling that you suggest you have an item in stock, allow me to order, take my money and then cancel a few days later. Yes, refund happened quickly but your stock system should know if something is available.

Not recieved my order!
Payed for next day delivery for medicine for my 1 year old daughter who was in desperate need of some relief for her swollen sore throat,its now been a week and I still haven't recieved it!

I would most definitely recommend shopping with browns pharmacy to all family and friends. The website is so easy to use and they have some great offers ranging from health care to beauty products and more. From placing my order to the delivery of it all ran like clock work! Thanks again.
