Har tidigare uppskattat Bruce men de senaste året har de tagit bort fler och fler studios och försämrat medlemskapet på andra sätt, samtidigt som priserna höjts. Mycket lite värde för det man betalar. Senaste ändringen är en avsevärd försämring och det är inte längre en tjänst jag eller andra rekommenderar.

Upgrade or lose the benefits
I've been using Bruce for a long time but decided to cancel my membership now. The reason is that the price keeps going up, and now they are introducing a new type of membership (EPIC) that is essentially what the BLACK used to be. If not exactly the same, they have significantly changed and reduced the benefits from the BLACK without any price adjustment. For example, now I can only visit my favorite place twice a month, and it’s much cheaper to buy single passes directly.

Jag vill börja med säga att hittills jag tyckte om Bruce utbudet jättemycket och alltid tipsat tjänsten till kompisar och kolleger.
Men nu med den nya förändring som ni tycket är bra, jag vill bara påpeka att vi flesta tycker att det är en sämring. Ni kan inte samtidigt minska totalt antal gånger per månad och även sänka antal besök till några studios till mindre än hälften från tidigare och tycka att det är bra förändring. Jah kan köpa detta men max antal gånger till 20, men minska visa studioa antal gånger från 8 till 4 eller 2 låter inte riktigt positivit. Även den nya avbokningar policy ser sämre ut att de flesta enstaka studios policy där man kan avboka 3-4 timmar innan passet.
Hoppas ni kan försöka att uppnå eran kvalitet från förut och inte hämna i enshittification som de flesta moderna tjänster gör!

Vi uppskattar också att du delar med dig av dina synpunkter kring de nya förändringarna. Vi förstår att det kan kännas frustrerande när något ändras, särskilt om man upplevt att det fungerat bra tidigare.
De nya reglerna är en del av vårt arbete för att skapa en mer hållbar modell som gynnar både våra partnerstudios och medlemmar på lång sikt. En viktig del i detta är begränsningen till 20 incheckningar per månad, som är framtagen för att skapa balans i bokningssystemet samtidigt som vi behåller ett brett utbud av träningsmöjligheter. För de flesta medlemmar stödjer detta deras normala träningsrutin. STC kommer heller inte omfattas av den begränsningen, utan har fortsatt obegränsade incheckningar.
Vi har redan implementerat de nya avbokningsreglerna i Danmark och sett mycket positiva effekter: fler tillgängliga platser, färre sena avbokningar och en mer balanserad bokningskultur. Tidigare ledde systemet ofta till att medlemmar bokade flera pass ”för säkerhets skull” och sedan avbokade sent, vilket skapade problem för våra partnerstudios. Pass som var fullbokade tidigt slutade ofta med att vara halvtomma, vilket påverkar både upplevelsen för deltagarna och studios möjlighet att planera på ett hållbart sätt.
Vi tar all feedback på största allvar och fortsätter att arbeta för att förbättra både tillgängligheten och tydligheten i våra medlemsalternativ. Vi hoppas att du med tiden kommer att märka fördelarna av dessa förändringar.

Greedy or what?
I have been a member from the beginning and can definitely feel like Bruce is getting less worth having since the price goes up but you as a user get less.
New update talks about base/black and epic.
Can’t wait to see if this means even more expensive membership for us oldies with black.
I have now cancelled my membership and first I was thinking if I should pause for one month and maybe see if the app is still worth almost 800dkk… but now with new membership I am thinking it’s gonna be better to just buy gym membership and some Barry’s classes when ever they are on discount..
I wish you wouldn’t feel greedy but that’s what this feels like.

Please know this isn’t about greed, but about building a sustainable service that benefits both our partner studios and members in the long run. The 20 check-ins per month limit is designed to create balance for our members, while still offering a wide variety of training options. For most, this supports their usual training routine.
Our current members keep their monthly price until they make changes to their membership or cancel the subscription.

Disappointed with New September Changes — 20 Check-In Limit & Harsh Strike Policy
I have been a happy Bruce Studios member for a long time, but the changes coming into effect on September 2nd, 2025, are deeply disappointing.
The new 20 check-ins per month limit drastically reduces the value of my membership. Many of us joined Bruce because of the flexibility and variety — to train often, explore different studios, and maintain a consistent routine. For active users, this hard cap forces us to either train less or pay more, which feels like punishing loyal members.
On top of that, the new strike system is unnecessarily strict.
1 strike for late check-in
1 strike for cancelations made 12h before class
3 strikes for a no-show
3 strikes in 60 days = a 14-day suspension unless you pay a fee
While I understand the need to discourage no-shows, the penalties are excessive, and the idea of “buying out” a suspension feels more like a cash grab than a fair policy.
These two changes together shift Bruce from being a flexible, community-focused platform to one with rigid limits and financial penalties. I hope the company reconsiders and listens to feedback from its active, loyal members — otherwise, many of us may be forced to explore alternatives.

The updates are part of a broader effort to build a more sustainable model that benefits both members and partner studios. We have already tested these changes in Denmark and seen very positive results: more available spots, fewer late cancellations, and a more balanced booking culture. We’ve seen that the previous rules often led members to book multiple classes “just in case” and then cancel at the last minute. This caused big challenges for our partner studios, as classes that were fully booked early often ended up half-empty, affecting both the experience for attendees and the studios’ ability to plan sustainably.
The 20 check-ins per month limit is designed to balance the system for the majority of members, while still allowing a wide variety of training options. For most, this supports their normal routine.
We will continue to listen to feedback and hope you’ll experience the benefits of improved availability and clearer membership options over time.

Utvalg av treningssentre og beste kundeservice
Bruce er noe av det beste som er på markede for de som liker å prøve forskjellige trenings aktiviteter. De har et enormt utvalg av senteret å velge mellom. Jeg har anbefalt Bruce til alle jeg kjenner om å prøve det ut. Kundeservicen er 10/10. De er lett å snakke med og gir raskt response.

Uselt att de inte klarar av att få till…
Uselt att de inte klarar av att få till en överenskommelse med Friskis så det går att träna under deras obemannade öppettider som Bruce medlem. Upplever att Bruce inte engagerar sig i denna fråga av någon anledning. Tekniska lösningen finns och används på andra gym (parakey). Fattar inte varför det ska vara så svårt för er lösa detta!

Vi vill gärna förtydliga att vi har försökt etablera ett djupare samarbete med Friskis & Svettis, men det är tyvärr inte alltid något studion själv vill gå vidare med. I vissa fall vill de kunna erbjuda särskilda förmåner till sina egna medlemmar, som inte omfattar Bruce-medlemmar.
Friskis & Svettis har valt att avsluta samarbetet med Bruce från och med den 1 januari 2026. Vi hoppas självklart att de vill återvända i framtiden. Vi förstår att situationen kan vara frustrerande och uppskattar verkligen att du tar dig tid att dela med dig av dina tankar.

Good Concept - Shitty App
I very seldom do this. Leave bad reviews, because maybe it was a one-off. But this has now been over 1½ years. Im opposite of most, more likely to spend my time giving a good review over a bad. (Usually do via google)
Great Concept - Shitty App Check-in = unstable In-app features = unreliable Customer Service = following non-service policies I'd ad pictures if possible. They blame customers for the software mishaps. Their booking, check-in and n system is faulty. Have had to pay over $50 (700 sek) due to their system either not showing right in the app, check-in and have direct accusations from my favorite gyms as Bruce refuse to be held accountable.

Fleksibelt treningskonsept med god kundeservice
Jeg er superfornøyd med Bruce Studio! Konseptet er skikkelig bra, og det gir stor frihet til å variere treningen. Ærgeligt at der ikke er transparens om antal Bruce pladser
Hej. Jeg syntes det er super ærgeligt, at nogle af jeres samarbejdspartnere, så som plug-in, pludselig kan gøre, så kun et Bruce medlem kan deltage på et hold. Det står ingen steder, og for mig er det en deal breaker. Jeg syntes ikke det er okay at et abonnement koster så meget og så er det nærmest umuligt at komme på hold til de ting der gør at man i første omgang købte abonnementet hos jer. :( har i været i kontakt med plug-in om hvorfor de har gjort det? Jeg syntes også det er noget i burde skrive, så man ved hvilke partnere der ikke rigtig er en chance for at komme til, selvom man har jeres abonnement. :(
