Just stating my positive experience.
After I ordered my belt last weekend, I found the Trustpilot reviews and I have to say that I was disappointed and slightly anxious.
However, I have received several emails from BucklemyBelt throughout the week informing me of the confirmation and progress of my order.
I received my belt this morning and I am very pleased with it. I don’t often leave online reviews but I felt that I needed to on this occasion just to describe my positive experience which is justifiably deserved.

Communication is key
Had I read the reviews on this website beforehand, I'd likely still be looking for a belt. However I placed the order then was left somewhat aghast after reading the reviews here afterwards.
The main thing here is communication. It would appear that this is not a full time endeavour. Responses to my emails and dispatch of my order were all a little liter than you'd expect for a business that was being run full time. That being said I received my order and it is of excellent quality, and exactly what I was looking for.
I would absolutely order from Buckle My Belt again despite the slow communications.

Waited for a very long time to receive the belt and when I did the end was very pointy - nothing like the ones in the pictures. It looks ridiculous. I have been trying to get them to fix or replace for months and they will not respond. Buyer beware! Do not purchase from this company. They do not stand by their products and absolutely terrible service. Awful!

I also trusted the company to provide High quality leather belts. However the belts that arrive which cost over $50 each were very low quality. The edges were not refined like they are in the photos. Stay away from this company they will not stand by their product and obviously based on all of the other negative reviews, they are a scam company. I had not read any reviews before ordering a belt so was a bit concerned when I read the reviews on Trustpilot.
However my belt came today after only 10 days from ordering and I am completely satisfied. During the time from ordering I was kept posted about the progress of my order and can confirm that I was extremely happy with the service. I would order again

Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service. Sent me the wrong belt which I returned. Contacted their Director and owner Jason Clowery. He promised to sort it out. Never came back to me. He reminds me of a junior salesman that promises the earth and does nothing. After 2 months of me chasing him up he reneging on every promise, he said can't find the returned belt if you want your money back you'll have to get it from the post service!!. Clearly he doesn't give a hoot about repeat business and trust me he won't get any. Disgraceful.

Further to my earlier review, I have now received the belt. I find it to be of good quality and strong.
Would I order from them again - well I would like to after seeing the belt quality, but their customer service leaves me apprehensive.
My experience with this company has been positive
I ordered 2 belts from this company and after 18 days hadn't heard a thing. This prompted me to have a look at Trust Pilot and I was dismayed to see so many 1 star reviews and the suggestion that this company were scammers.
I emailed the company about my concerns and within 24 hours received an apology and a promise that the belts would be dispatched the next day.
Four days later the belts have arrived and I'm I'm really pleased with the quality of leather and the workmanship. They are both the exact size I ordered
I'm only not giving them 5 stars because they should have let me know about the initial delay, but otherwise my experience has been positive and I'll probably order from them again

I unfortunately ordered before checking Trustpilot, the day after ordering I asked to cancel but no reply to further emails and messages asking them to do so. I had to open a case by PayPal to get a refund which is still ongoing. They then sent the item which was of poor quality and didn’t have hardly any colour on it which was not the case of the one on the website. Do not waste your time with this company there are better ones in the uk. So disappointed as it was for a birthday gift. Scroll by and save yourself the bother.
Finally shipped but...
UPDATE: Order finally shipped and after bouncing around England for a bit it is now across the pond in Queens, NY. Hopefully it may make it to Myrtle Beach by Christmas.

Still trying to get a ship date from them on a 9/26/21 order for one belt. They responded to one email with a bunch of stuff about supply chain issues and moving offices. Looking for a refund through PayPal now.
1 belt arrived. 1 belt didn't.
Ordered 2 belts. First one arrived quickly, was good quality, & got a good review from me. 2nd one has never appeared. Emails remain unanswered. It's a shame - this could be a good business with a little more effort in the Customer Service department. As it is, it's effectively taking money under false pretences.

Awful experience and really dissapointed. Was hoping for a nice belt for my wedding day but it was delivered too late, took ages to come. There was no communication about this. Also the belt was the wrong size (the sizing is very odd) and I am now unable to return apparently. More annoying was that they didn’t care about my frustrations. Really poor customer service. Will never be using again.
Belts OKish … non-existent customisation fulfilment
I might have been a little bit too exuberant and hopeful in my first review of BMB. - Well, the belts are basic and good at 3 out of 5 stars. Not a leatherworker’s craft of sewing or stitching work present, but rivets, thus an anyone-can-do, basics job like cut-a-bit and attach a buckle. The company requires delivery times of biblical proportions. Any bespoke requests are ignored from the word go, whether email or telephone, in fact their intra-site doesn’t allow for the advertised bespoke bit. A promised return phone-call never transpired and an actual email confirming the bespoke part of the order then completely ignored the bespoke-part of the order as evidenced on delivery. ORDER if you want a good, basic leather belt with non of the leather-craft’s bells and whistles, but remember also that a belt like this can be picked up for a fiver-and-a-bit in your weekend street market frequently from places where the craft is still lovingly adhered to without rivets like India, Portugal, etc. DO NOT ORDER if you want a saddlery-quality, traditional high-end traditional English leather belt with bits and pieces of bespoke added to it (4 to 5 times the price anyway), and if you do not like being lied to. BMB will simply just ignore you.
Zero communication
Zero communication, before or after purchase. Not willing to engage in any discussion relating to modification or possible refund, in fact there are no refunds.
I understand the belts are made to measure but what they don't tell you is the sizing is fairly vague and the actual belt leather is minimum length, with little over-hang. I returned my belt in the end and after a week received a blunt email stating that they don't refund.
So they have my belt and my money.
AVOID AVOID AVOID
So I gave them a second chance, everyone improves right? WRONG!!!!! I ordered 2 buckles. I didn't turn up and the other arrived damaged. I've called and got no answer. I've emailed and been ignored. So, yet again, they have my money and I have nothing!!!
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Terrible company with zero customer service!!!!
