Broke three state laws while lying and overcharging

Quoted me nearly $1400 to fix the issue with my car confirming that the work would fix the car. When I went to pick it up, they informed me that the issue I brought the car in for was completely unchanged, car still wasn't running, but the bill was now $1900 for all the unnecessary work they did. Wouldn't give me back my car long enough to get the unnecessary new parts removed.

Three illegal things in the state of WA - doing unnecessary work, lying to the customer about the problem and needed work, and increasing the estimate by over 10% (more like 30%) without confirming with the customer.

Ended up having to deal with their corporate office who eventually sorted it out for us, but if we hadn't been persistent enough to fight them on it, they'd have just taken 130% of the estimate while having done absolutely nothing to address the problem. We agreed to pay them for their unnecessary labour, so we're out $400 plus the cost of the tows there and back and we're right back at square one. These guys are predators.

Hack work cost me 1Ks to fix

The Parkland location. Customer Beware.
Wish I could make zero stars or negative. Wow. I got super fkd. Nick is a AH. I got shafted. Had to take vehicle to another shop after they failed to effectively complete half the duties on the intake sheet. It was supposed to be a one shop for all required items. The main point here is DO NOT allow them to do electrical. I had a GPS unit installed and it was a hack job. (See pics) as well as the Bull Shitting. They overcharged me for my catalytic converter. (My vehicle was stolen and the cats were stolen. I went to Rock Auto-(web site) and found 2 for 600.
Nick said i can get them for cheaper. Then charged me 900$ (plus tax) i said wow wait no that bs. He said well i need my markup. First off lets be clear. I needed one place to do all the work in one day (or three) why? I was in a rental car. And it was about to expire. When on the day it was to be completed (on a Friday) i drove it out. Left and realized that it wasn't operating correctly ( the electrical was all screwed up) i needed to bring it back on a Monday. (4th july weekend)
My Van Actually died while on the way to back to the shop on that Monday before July 4th. It required Nick to show up and get under the vehicle to disconnect the Shifter to get it off the street. Eventually it started and drove it back to the shop in parkland. Yet another day without my vehicle due to the 4th holiday. so on wednesday is when Dominic wanted me to take it to 48th street. thats when it sat there all day and didnt move. I was then told to take it to Canyon lake road location at 2pm. He had said that it would be done by the end of the day. they close at 6. there was no way. I then said i would take it to another shop. Keep in mind now im still in a rental car. Those repairs cost me over 1000$ to fix and then actually do the install right for the tracker. and the ignition as well as the door locks. See the pics on google.
Open Monday. Failed to correct the issue with the faulty wiring. He said he could put a kill switch in it. Dove into the electrical system and fkd it all up. Then...the Regional manager Dominic(?) Is a loser. Said take it to 48th street. It sat there all day and no one looked at it. The next day it was moved and never looked at. I know bc i have the GPS tracker. The next day after sitting there till 1pm - and after going to the CORPORATE office. (What a joke that place is) (hot rods and Administration) spoke to the auditor (?) And he tried to pacify me. I went there three times. Then Dominic want to send my vehicle all the way to Canyon road. At 2pm saying it would be done that day. I agreed at first then thought i don't have time for this. Every day is 200$ in lost pay and 50$ for a rental car. I took it to Rick Diagnostics. Wow what i saw was horrible. The ignition was a real hack job. The GPS was thrown together and the mechanic who did it blamed Nick. Nick blamed Dale. And the service writer is a child who has no education in the business. To sum.things up. I had puck locks installed and on the side doors then bolt was a lil too long. Preventing the lock to function correctly
I had to pay another mechanic to fix that.
An ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Especially getting OVER CHARGED so that Nick Could get his Bonus for a over priced hack job.
I ended up paying Ricks 1000.00 to fix what Nick screwed up. And Dominick said that he would "NOT" reimburse me any funds that i spent correction the issue. He wanted a 3rd shop to fix it.. when the first 1st one screwed it up. And then the 2nd one was incompetent.

PS. While i was there, there was even a customer who had to return to get his exhaust redone. Literally. Had it removed and redone with new pipe bc the previous person hacked it up to.
PPs.
When the Ignition was supposedly repaired and replaced they said they would rekey the doors to match the original. They never did. As well as leaving out the electrical part on the ignition. If you dont believe me call Ricks. Btw. Hes got ALL MY FUTURE BUSINESS. BTW again. Hes a man who actually works on cars and is in the shop.
Screw Bucky's. The owner can't be bothered. That's what the CORPORATE store said. Seriously. He's hands off. So Dominic is the Ruler and is a hack. Btw again. Nick is known for hack work.
He said he went to school for auto electrical. The main shops all laugh at him

Stay away. Or.. at your own risk.
