I would give 6 stars if I could.
They are responsive, helpful, diligent and professional.
They helped us move our household from the UK to France in 24h, 3 times cheaper than other companies who had a 7-14 day delivery time.

I highly recommend this company. Top class

Did a move from milton Keynes UK to Italy, they were super cheap, professional, on time. The driver helped us load and unload, everything was properly secured. They arrived really fast as well to the end location.

The company were the cheapest quoted by far ,which may sound alarm bells ringing but if you want a reliable removal service then look no further. The driver arrived on the Wirral on time and between us loaded up. He arrived at 4pm as arranged in south west France the next day. I would highly recommend this company whether you’re moving in the Uk or Europe

Company gave a very professional service from start to finish.
All costs explained at the beginning and no additional costs incurred.
This company arranges everything with customs for you.
The driver was very professional and a friendly gentleman to work with during a stressful move.
We were told our van would arrive either Sunday or Monday and it did so on the Monday morning.
The driver again was unbelievably helpful.
As a first time international mover I highly recommend this company on cost, customer service and professionalism.

Great team! It was a nice and smooth move from London to Marbella, i really reccomend them. The WORK was done according to the timelines and the guy was very helpful. We moved also a 700cc Ducati on the van and it was well preserved. Thanks a lot for your work.

This is an edit following Budget Moving replying to my post more than 16 months after I posted it.
I feel I need to clarify a few things:

1. We sent detailed lists including contents and size and weight of every one of our 315 boxes. (I still have said lists)
2. Prior to moving day I began to send photographs via email of each piece of furniture along with dimensions and approximate weights; (we were particularly concerned about our AGA); a few photographs sent, and I received a telephone call from Mariouz telling me to stop sending him photographs because he neither wanted or needed them!
3. We also provided detailed information for Customs Forms to Budget Moving which was complete in every aspect.
4. We were told we had to load our goods ourselves, we had people available and they were instructed not to load, just to get things to the van - this included furniture.
5. When one of the seven vans used for our goods was pulled over in Austria for being overweight; please remember this was loaded by Budget Moving; we received threatening calls and an email from Mariouz demanding money or he would "report you to customs".
At this point this company had all our belongings and although there was nothing even remotely untoward in our boxes or furniture the fear of it being held up for weeks was unthinkable - so we duly paid, this was one of the reasons we looked into pursuing legal action.
6. Our first two vans arrived unscheduled, late at night and, even though we had ample parking for the vans, they refused to wait until daylight to unload - we live in rural Italy and it was pitch black.
7. There was a dreadful incident involving one of the drivers during the first delivery that I cannot write about on this forum.
8. Four of our boxes were soaked in fuel.
9. Not all our boxes were delivered.

I could write so so much more but I do not wish to contravene the Trust Pilot rules of review.
The Budget Moving reply author says my original review is defamatory and contains false information - it does not - every word is true. There is no falsehood or exaggeration written anywhere by me in either the original review or this edit.
I repeat that which I said in my original review - we have kept every message and every email.
We also had many people present at both collection dates in Cheshire and two nurses with us for my disabled aunt on the night of our first deliveries in Italy - all of whom can bear witness to actual events. There is no dressing it up - it was an dreadful experience we shall never forget that we paid Budget Moving £14,219.00 for.
We chose to set this experience aside and carry on with our lives - we are busy, renovating and building and in truth the hassle of a legal battle in another country was something we decided we could live without. That said, being called a liar after my initially writing such a restrained review has made us think -

We hired this company after reading the great reviews on Trust Pilot. How every review has had the polar opposite experience we had is most puzzling. It is now two months since our move from England to Italy. The delay in us posting this review is because we researched if legal action was a feasible option. My strong advise is use someone else. We are professional practical people who have several international moves previously due to our working lives. We did not have unrealistic expectations. Do not be tempted by the low quote - you will ultimately pay more - lots more. We have kept every message and email. The details would shock you and this review would not be published. Do Not Use This Company.

Absolutely recommended. Despite Covid difficulties they collected and delivered on time

Mario was always very responsive on emails and phones. Our move from UK to Ireland was as smooth as it could get. Driver was very nice and efficient- we can highly recommend these lads!

We hired the service from London to Seville (Spain). Although we didn't know too much about the company I was really amazed with the professionalism offered.
Mario was always really helpful on the phone solving any doubt.
The driver was really fast and always advising and helping with the boxes.
No doubt that I would hire them again!

Good cheap removal company. Moved from Germany to the UK they had a tire issue that was out of there control and they couldn't apologise more so I was happy with that. Unfortunately things happen that cannot be prevented. I am happy with the fast delivery and cost and would recommend to others :)

I enquired about a European logistical move from the U.K. to Italy. I was apprehensive about this move given it was direct from a storage unit to my new home in Italy. I was worried about Brexit, customs and also the whole move but Budgetmoving were incredibly professional in every way, end-to-end. I felt incredibly reassured about the whole experience and not to mention the price was incredibly reasonable.
Budgetmoving not only arrived early for the move in the UK, 48 hours later they also arrived early in Italy.
Budget moving were incredibly professional and fast on both loading and unloading the lorry and I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending them to friends and family or another job in Italy!
