Will not order from Shein or Temu as long as Buffalo are the couriers, refuse to refund 3 x duties payment for same shipment, this company is so pathetic it is next level

I saw all the negative reviews..... And thought it was a scam but after after today. I have to say I had no problems with them delivery was on time and at the right address so.... I'll give it a 4 stars thank you!

Worse customer service ever, once your items is handed to Buffalo just have to know you will never get it, silly excuses.

Shame on you for even calling yourselves a courier company. You just a bunch of useless scammers stealing people's valuables and claiming they don't pick up the phone. What a useless shameless disgusting irritating irresponsible amateurs. Sies man

This is by far THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD!!!!!!!!!! No customer service, poor communication and a general lack of service.
They deliver TEMU orders, as a result of there service I will also not be buying from TEMU anymore. I ordered pruducts in April 2024. On 18, 20 and 30th May I paid the same taxes & VAT, because they would not release my package. They then returned my parcel to sender. I had the supplier resend the parcel but once again they wanted payment from buffaloex. I have sent countless emails, spoke to numerous agents after holding on forever, I have filled in refund forms and provided Proof of Payment. I have sent emails to each and every buffaloex mail address that I could find on the internet including HR out of utter desperation. No response, no parcel, no refund. They are the worst most unhelpful, incompetent service providers in the world!!!!!!!!! The whatsapp number takes you to the refund form download, and nobody attends to that either.

Most frustrating SMS they send with no explanation. I have made numerous calls to their call centre and spoke to several friendly agents, but NO luck. This is the worst service I have received from a courier company in quite a while, especially considering that I receive deliveries from a range of courier companies on a weekly basis. Buffalo are the first one to just never find our place...

They use skynet for delivery. they say al parcels was delivered. only one was delivered. after 9 calls with average of 10min. to skynet . still no answer where my parcel which they scanned at the delivery station is. Was supposed to be delivered yesterday.BUFZA6071894016YQ.

I ordered on SHEIN on the 26th of June, up until today l have not received my order, to make matters worse it has not been shipped and the other orders that l placed after this one were delivered last week, Secondly my other order of 6 July is also stuck, not yet shipped again. You have very poor services and you don't bother to reply my emails, l regret suggesting to Shein for my orders to be shipped by you. This will be the last time l use your services🚮

At first I didn’t trust their service due to reviews I’ve seen about buffalo logistics, but to be honest im really satisfied by their delivery towards my package , came even earlier than expected but the only thing i dont like is that their customer service is very poor

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS USELESS COYRIER COMPANY, MADE PAYMENT ON THE LINK, SENT POP WITH REF OVER 20 TIMES, 40 DAYS LATER STILL NOT ALLOCATED... NOW I HAVE TO CONTACT MY BANK TO GET A TRANSACTION NUMBER, PATHETIC, WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

Poor customer service and customer response.

I am so disappointed with buffalo logistics. My order was returned claiming “no one was home”. Been home the whole day, had my phone with me the whole day. So disappointed Buffalo you don’t even deserve 1 star because what is that.

DO NOT USE Buffalo International. Your tax and import duty payment disappear into thin air. I have paid on the 29/05/2024, uploaded my bank POP 4 times, phoned and spoke to their agents (who work from home) 7 times, emailed support service 7 times and NO commination from them to confirm my payment nor delivery. My order went from ‘pay taxes to your order will be delivered soon to pay taxes’ on their tracking site. They have 0 commination. Payment was done 17 working days ago and NO word from them. They are the worst courier company I have ever delt with.

I received an sms notifying me that I will receive my parcel in 48hrs but I waited 5 days for my order
They gave the wrong driver my package and again I have to wait. The agents are not so nice when you call to try and find out what's happening with the package

They’re so bad they don’t even deserve this one star, they were suppose to deliver on the 13 but never called or sent a message instead on the app they say my address was incorrect which is not true, I’m still waiting even today, I wish these companies overseas can stop working with you. Your service is terrible you 0/10

They are the worst courier company I have ever delt with and i deal with a lot of courier companies. I do hope if you ever deal with them, please avoid at all costs

I wish ai could rate it zero. The service is absolutely bad. My order was supposed to delivered on 05 June 2024 they send a message around 10:00 am In the morning claiming my order was coming. I was at home the whole day waiting for my order. Around then in 10:00 pm I went to track my status. The status said failed to deliver because client not at the address. BUFFALO your service is poor you guys **** I was at home even if I wasn't I didn't even get a call to be notified that they were around and I was not here. Pooorest service they don't respond to emails and calls it's so hard to. Reach out to them even their stupid WhatsApp chat bot does not help. Someone should just sue the company because it is. *********** and I wish it should burn to hell. I want my order My number is **********

They should learn to call us and don't tell lies saying they called while they didn't.
