It’s wonderful and working with Ruchika is amazing

Was told my project would be finished today, yet my project manager is just purposefully rescheduling my kick-off call with 7 day delays instead of having the meeting on the same day or next day.

I haven't had my kick-off call in 2 weeks since payment, and am now going on 3 weeks until they can start working on my project.

There's no other way of putting it -- this is truly stupid.

I would not tell anyone this is a good business idea or place to work for. I have not worked here long and honestly won't be if I can get the forced investment back out of them. They told me I would have to deposit 100$ a day to work and now four days in they have forced me to deposit more than 2000$ and are expecting another 3000$ before they will release any of the money that I have deposited. If I would of known that I needed to deposit thousands of dollars to work for this company I would of kept on moving and not signed up for this fun.

I was/am an employee who is trying to get out of the company with the money I was forced to put in without having to put anymore funds in. Since I am an employee I do not have a reference number you are asking for. I was told that if I just put this money in that I have already done so I would be able to take it right back out so that I can pay my bills and not lose my housing and be evicted but now you are asking for another $3000 to get out the over 2000 I have put in and I honestly didn’t have the 2000$ in the first place. But the promise of being able to get it right back and make a few bucks on top of it I was ready. Now you expect me to just find another 3000$ so I can get my $2000 back and if I do that and give you what would be totaling over 5000$. I need my money out so I can keep the roof over my children’s head and food in their belly’s but it seems as if this company doesn’t care one bit.

The sales representative? Hiba Istanbouli is primarily the reason I am taking on Builder’s services for our hospital’s application. She can be abit on top of your head to get it done but that tenacity is exactly why she is perfect for Builder. Literally an oasis in the desert that was Gitex. All the best!

Have been a customer for the past few years. They are very easy to work with and communications on status updates are very good. Have had fast resolution when issues have come up.

Disappointing Experience with Builder.ai

I trusted Builder.ai to deliver a custom solution, but they failed to meet expectations. Despite acknowledging their mistake, they refused to refund my payment, instead pushing me to use the funds for a future project I’m not interested in.

The process has been time-consuming and frustrating, with no accountability on their part. I advise others to be cautious when considering Builder.ai, as their promises don’t match the results, and their customer service leaves much to be desired.

I started the project in July 2023 with the agreed timeline of 9 months. I payed tens of thousands for a website to be professionally built by them, it took constant meetings with the project manager to get things going. 1 year down the line and all I have to show for it is some screen designs. They also did not optimise the website to work on mobile devices which they kept quite until recently. This meant I wanted them to either rectify this or make some sort of change. No. They not only quoted me 13 grand to add a few more screen designs so that it could work on mobile, they also withheld my code for the website and said it would cost 9 grand for them to release it to me. This means my hands are tied, because I can’t go to another company with the existing code to have it fixed and they aren’t willing to fix it themselves. It is honestly the most scammy company I’ve ever encountered and I really hope you read this message and stay away.

I had a great experience with the company builder, thanks to Huda's outstanding support. She kept me updated throughout the process, which was a relief given my previous bad experiences with communication with other companies.

Mr. Ashraf, the project manager, also played a key role. He understood our vision perfectly and was always available for discussions, making everything run smoothly. Overall, their teamwork made this project a positive experience, and I highly recommend them!

There leadership is not aware at all about the ground level reality of any project
They have no clear systems and process as they commit
There tools to support development are a mess they don't support development instead disturbs the flow of development.
There is a lot of team politics and rigidity inside the team
Very very very pathetic experience
There senior leadership also doesn't consider escalation seriously
Once you get into there sales pitch
You are gone for good
Be aware with your dream's before handing it over to them
They have become big on social media and investment circles
But ground realities are way to different

Working with builder.ai team from past 1.5 year has been good experience and builder dashboard provide the projects update on daily basis for production and DEV.
Project manager aniruddha has been understanding requirement and delivered in organized manner.

Be careful this company. I had a chinese restaurant. They promised they will give me the website and app. Around 285/month last year, I paid a few months, but never do any service for us. No web developer No app. Be careful this company. Fake company. And they will keep ask your for money even they are not do any service. No ai. They just use India, they will keep tell you times is different, I will do it for next week every time. Already more than half year, never give you any service, I want my money back. I did my own Wix website only for 15 minutes, for free, even that better than Builder. AI. This is very bad experience, and try to avoid them. I had cheated by them. I need my money back.

The Experience with Builder team has been Great so far. My app is LIVE and I am planning next Phase as well.

The Project Mangers were really very cooperative in completing my Project. Though the timeline of the project was little compromised.

My app was supposed to be completed in the summer time and it's just been fraught with excused from a completely incompetent coding staff that take forever to implement simple changes.

I am no longer continuing my business with them after months and months of delays.

They will be happy to take your money and promise you the world while giving you a complete mess of a product development experience. This company is shameless.
