I had a very bad experience with my delivery the driver said that I have to take my delivery myself from the lorry he said he was not going to do it himself and took my delivery back

Our deliveries are kerbside only, which means drivers are unable to enter private property or assist with moving goods beyond the vehicle. Customers are responsible for arranging suitable help and any equipment needed to unload and move items from the kerb.
