Absolutely fantastic service

Ordered Dulux Heritage paint samples and they arrived damage with contents spilled all over the bag due to poor packaging. Unable to use as samples and when requested a refund got repeatedly ignored with emails not being answered. Disappointed and can’t recommend.

Sensational inability to deal with a lost pallet
Palletways lost our pallet entirely, but Builder Depot have been wildly inept in dealing with it. They ignored my request to only redeliver the pallet on a day when someone would be in to receive it, allowed Palletways to unilaterally choose an inappropriate day, were unable to get through to Palletways on the day, and I have now spent three days begging them for a full refund of the shipping fee. I've been offered a half refund of the shipping fee and am staggered that Builder Depot management think it's appropriate to charge me any money at all for the complete failure of a shipping service they've provided me.
