Fantastic idea and worked really well in allowing me to source a single paving slab locally. Very efficient process and would certainly use again.

Kept up to date with delivery. Delivery driver was very good and helpful.

Paving slabs and sharp sand cheaper than other suppliers and delivered on time on requested delivery date

Service is not good delivered

Very knowledgeable staff, had exactly what I wanted in stock, very polite and friendly and the delivery driver helped me unload. What more could you ask for?

I was scheduled for delivery on a Monday but I had to call 3 times before I received a confirmation that it would be delivered on Thursday finally.

Some slabs are cracked, 4 of 20 , email the team but no response so far.
(2026 Apr1 )Finally get the call with apology from team (No email response due to tech issue )and get partially refund.
Please understand I need to give additional time and money to handle this issue, so 3 star mark is fair.

Spot on service from start to finish.
Order couldn’t be delivered within the couple of days stated so I received a phone call to check that a new date would be okay.
Absolutely fine with me, pre planned ordering anyway and from me ordering it was 4 working days before delivery. Pretty impressive. Delivery driver was from Jewsons who rang my doorbell, asked where I’d like them put and didn’t exactly as I asked.
All slabs delivered in perfect condition, not one damaged.
45 slabs not one bit of damage, I had a neighbour who had slabs delivered and only about 10% survived the journey. (Not through this company)
Clearly a company who know what they’re doing and how to give good customer service!

Ordered some paving slabs online pay for them the money went out of my account had no confirmation and apparently the order didn’t go through!!!!!!

It out and then get my slabs delivered, which were the wrong ones, not as their website…

They were collected taken away they tried again with another company. They are slab they were damage, by builder had to repair the corners to lay them, or less has been going on two weeks..

Lack of communication from this company is shocking.
Avoid all cost go to your local builders merchant.

You went through Jewsons and thats where it fell apart, and of this morning its now 11am i still have not got my slabs
Jewson sent a driver that was not capable of driving the lorry, as in there was the odd car parked in the close so he took them back, jewson said they would deliver the next day Saturday but they do not work on saterdays, iv been on to them this morning and have been told delivery will be today, dosnt hold your breath
Hi just had a delivery and they brought the wrong slab, not even the same make

When I booked my delivery they said 2 working days, the day before it was cancelled and I was given a new delivery date 3 days later, they did not show up, the next day I had to make phone calls and email to find out what happened, never got an answer but they must have passed the order onto a local company (Stanley Perkins) who promptly delivered my goods that day, I've now ordered more materials from the local company instead of Building Shop

The Delivery man positioned my bulk order just were i asked him then seeing that the paving flags were the wrong ones it was no trouble for him to reload them back on the lorry and return with the right ones very professional of him. Thanku
