I appreciated the communication…
I appreciated the communication (repeated attempts to get hold of me) to inform me of the change in delivery date.
I took a star off as my requested delivery date was changed twice.
However my order was delivered on the eventual appointed day .
I would use the company again.

The slabs look like they've been lying…
The slabs look like they've been lying around for years, they're so dirty. I don't know if a pressure washer will be able to clean them.There was no information that help was required when unloading.

Hi Dariusz, thank you for your review.Slabs are stored outside and depending on weather conditions can get dusty.Normally the slabs are shrinkwrapped with just the edges exposed.If you had called us we would have been more than happpy to swap them over but I am confident when the slabs are exposed to rain they will clean up.Regards Gary

Never Again
I contacted them regarding delivery availability and spoke to someone called Gary. He seemed very helpful and said he would call me back the next day. He failed to do this so I contacted him again and he promised to get back to me once he checked on delivery within the next few minutes. This never happened and I've since placed my order elsewhere. How you can be so wrong about a person. Never again !
I've already explained the experience with Gary so this review is genuine so please don't claim it is false. I did not wish to deal with you again which is why I am not prepared to give you further details. Gary has my details so ask him !!!
