Initial delivery date changed and the delivery arrived pretty much last minute on the revised date when the delivery depot is about 5 mins from the delivery location. Price of product was fine though.

I thought I was ordering high quality, crushed limestone aggregate as it was described on the website however when my builder collected it, he was surprised at the quality. It has not been well crushed. (Some of the granite measures 80mm across)
The hardcore is for an artificial putting green and due to timing we are making do with what was delivered. Its too lumpy and it now relies on us crashing it. Not ideal.
Gary - in response to your response. It was fine quality hardcore I was after, not granite dust. I am not an expert but the putting green installers appeared to indicate that there are different qualities and I was under the impression from your advertisement that this is what I was ordering. If I am incorrect - my fault for not specifying this. I have amended my rating accordingly.

I have since been contacted by Gary, and the service has been A1. Although Gary admitted he wasn't very keen on emails but preferred phone calls, which is difficult for as I can't use my phone at work. However, the delivery man was brilliant took the gravel right through ttothe garden. Brilliant service. Thanks Gary.I've now revised my stars to 5*.02/08/26I ordered council slabs from them. The delivery guy was very freindly and helpful, However we noticed that some f the paving was damaged. We emailed them a few times, but have since not received a response apart from to ask how many were damaged. That's shame really because part of the service -the delivery was exemplary, but the customer service seems to be non-existant.

Great price and able to order goods not availabke anywhere locally .
A hitch with stock and original delivery plus a change of 1 part necessary but sorted easily. Staff were very helpful and materials were well protected.

I received my order today. However was not happy with the service when I got home from a long day at work.
The people who delivered the order, knocked on my door instead of ringing the doorbell so my partner didn't hear the door especially when i said we have a newborn indoors so may be noisy and take time getting to door in the special request section.
But my main concern is they placed the two pallets on our small out the front grass patch we have spent weeks trying to bring back to life and left. It has clear " keep of the grass" signs and they had plenty of drive space outside the house to place the pallets.
I was generous being understanding when the order was delayed but this is out of order and im not happy with the experience we have had.
