This company let us down badly,between not delivering on time to not delivering atAll,now finding it difficult to get my money refunded 7 days after cancelling our order.Update,having spoken to Gary yesterday he explained the problem with my order,he told me the order had been given to a local supplier Travis Perkins to complete who never delivered my order,now Gary has kept his word and has put into action my refund which he said will probably take 2 days to reach my bank.

The mark down is all because of the delivery man. I asked for help to move the bulk bag off the pavement because an elderly man in wide scooter uses the pavement and my husband had a bad back and i have arthritis in my hands but he didn’t seem to have any social skills to respond politely or with kindness. You can say no to somebody without being rude and accept it, it’s easy. It’s sad that people think it’s ok to speak to someone like that.

I incorrectly ordered some timber to arrive a week later than I intended. After not hearing for a few days I phoned them. I was pleasantly surprised to find myself actually talking to a real grownup who calmly rearranged everything and sent me a confirmation text when it was done. Excellent service, calmly and politely executed even though the issue was of my making. Thank you Building Shop. I will order again.
