Buildland Avis 

Was looking to buy Mot 1 and some sand and pavers, I was offered good price for recicled MOT 1, I asked what is the diference between normal and recicled, the answer was its almost the same. Ive got 5 bulck bags of soil topped with construction waste that wasnt even sorted, with wooden stik rubber rubbish and very big sizes stones. It was pretty mutch same soil that I excavated from my garden.
Delivery was fast and good, prices are good but the quality its not the best. The team wasnt to good, I had to pay for second delivery becouse of their mistake and she did all her best to blame me in that. So I wouldnt recomend this company if you wanna do some nice project, but if you need something chip its good to go.

If anyone is thinking of buying slabs please be aware there is no packaging between the slabs with some variations to protect the face so they may arrive with scuff marks

The lady at the yard has no customer skills at all, no idea how to speak to customers. Does not understand the Consumer rights and refused to exchange items that I went to exchange after 20 days. I was not looking for a refund but exchange one type of downpipe elbow for another as the 2 I had brought were not usable. Will never revisit and will share my experience with friends and family to avoid this merchant. Poor service.

Served by a very nice gentlemen in the shop, prices were pretty good..the delivery driver however was a different story..I asked him if he would drop the bulk bag of sand and hard-core 100 ft further forward so it was next to the entry where I needed to transfer it round to the back of the house but he wouldn't do it and he wouldn't say why either ..so what would have taken him 30 seconds more took me an hour extra of shifting it .

Yet again buildland strikes with their flippant attitude towards delivery and customer services......
Its 3:37pm and we are yet again waiting for our AM drop..... 3 lads standing around doing nothing.
I rang in around 10am to be told it would be soon...... just rang again and now the lorry is just being loaded.
No apology or nada.
Extremely poor and I shall be telling my customers to go elsewhere in future.

Seems to be a pattern on all the reviews. Customer service. Inside was fine, not great but what you usually get at a builders merchants. Outside however waiting ages and after having to find the driver he had no problem watching me load without lifting a finger to help. Was probably too worried about his coffee that he had to put down for a second. Definitely the last time for me thanks.

ACC no 10491314. Having being locked down during vivid 19 buildland took advantage of us old age pensioners to deliver incorrect order and not giving refund on quality products we had ordered they could not otherwise sell. Avoid this company if your old and worried about covid 19 they will take advantage

Superb , could not fault them.

Very expensive compared to most builders yards and they artfully don't advertise the proce on their website, sleepers 50% more than most. Decking boards 20% more than most. Took half an hour to get the some decking boards and sleepers. Some staff, rude and extremely unhelpful. Much cheaper else where and much better service

Can't check out, keeps saying add a payment method yet there is nowhere to do so.

Another place run by primates who seem absent minded regarding customer service. The staff I have found to be rude. I was grateful for their lack of professionalism which caused me to shop elsewhere. I found the same toilet online for less than half the price. Absolutely brilliant, everything happens for a reason!

Web site will not allow you to process the order, indicates Invalid Payment Method, but does not allow you to enter details.
When calling the office, either Redditch or Coventry you are placed in a list and informed of your place, however when you get to either position 1, 2 or 3 the system then re-allocates you and informs you that you are now at position 7 or 10 or 12.
It simply goes round in circles.
Rubbish use of technology.
