I recently purchased a 3x4.5m gazebo and could not be happier. Yes, these are more premium compared to the others on the market but the sturdiness of the frame and quality of the materials are second to none and you get what you pay for. Great customer care! Rebecca was so helpful from the first email sent to the very last email. Listen to everything that was needed and help choose the right gazebo for what we was looking for, there was no hard sale at like other places do to get the sale. Bulhawk gazebos was easy to work with and they are very patient all the way through and get updates all they way through the process. And next day delivery!

The whole experience of dealing with Bulhawk has been wonderful, from phoning to enquire about delivery time (great to make a call and getting a helpful real person straight away!) to a very speedy delivery today.

Purchased 3x3 gazebo for King's College, Cambridge and very pleased with the gazebo.
What I was more impressed with was the amazing customer aftercare when the 3rd party courier damaged it. Bulhawk where forthcoming and swift to resolve this problem at no extra cost to me.
I deal in procurement on a daily basis and I cannot overstate how good their customer service is as well as their product.

Have a 4.5x3m gazebo with the premium 32 sides and roof. Have had to replace the sides and roof each year due to lack of care from myself, the structure is 3 years old and looks brand new. Every time I have had to deal with Bulhawk they have been helpful and provided excellent customer service to go with an excellent product. I could not recommend their gazebos highly enough, creates a lovely indoor/outdoor space in our garden for the sofas and a projector on the end wall with 120” screen. Would highly recommend Bulhawk to anyone who is looking for a top quality gazebo for business or pleasure.

Purchased a 3 x 4.5m gazebo and well pleased. Delivery of both gazebo & separately ordered accessories was exceptionally quick. Gazebo itself very well made. Had purchased to store garage contents for 2 weeks during renovations, so was a bit worried to read in the instructions not to leave up overnight! Needn't have worried though, building work took 2 months but gazebo weathered rain & 2 official storms. Only moisture to get in was as a result of heavy frost. So don't do this at home (!), but I can guarantee the gazebos are waterproof.
