Fast shipping, slightly disappointed.
Two of the bottles i received were terrible quality. did not relfect the flavors at all. One was on of their in house flavors i had never tried so okay that's fine not all flavors are good. But I purchased a 30 ml bottle of WF Sour Belt Candy which I have had before and it was discolored and tasted awful, like rancid. Very disappointed in that one. Overall BCF ships orders out quickly and they arrive fast. I will continue to shop with them as long as this does not become common place.

Ordering is easy and user friendly. There is always a coupon if you look around. The people are amazing and prompt. The delivery was here in two days. Finally, the flavors are a diverse array of darn near everything you could want. Fantastic service overall I give it a strong thumbs up!

I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor enhancement of sweet tobacco. We used it to make homemade cinnamon rolls and it impacted the flavor very nicely.

Took off a star due to recent changes
Took off a star due to recent changes. Website has changed and not for the better. I used to be able to change bottle size within my cart...no longer. Also, some flavors are no longer available. Prices used to be very close to the vendor wholesale equivalent sizes up to 16oz. This is no longer the case here. Still, when comparing to what is availbale at other stores, Bull City is still very good. However, if you need 16oz. bottles, create a wholesale account with some of the major brands and compare prices. Also, no more free shipping with 16oz bottles.

We hear you on the website changes. We recently updated our platform to improve security and backend stability as well as add some features we were unable to with the old platform, but we realize that losing the ability to swap bottle sizes directly in the cart added an extra step to your experience. We are currently looking into ways to streamline our cart features to bring back that convenience.
Regarding pricing and shipping on 16oz bottles: Like many in the industry, we’ve had to adjust to significant increases in weight-based carrier fees and supply costs. While we can’t always match direct-from-manufacturer wholesale pricing for those larger sizes, we strive to remain the most competitive 'one-stop shop' where you can get all your favorite brands in one box without multiple shipping fees.
We’re sorry to hear some of your go-to flavors are missing—inventory can be a moving target, but please feel free to reach out to our team directly. We’d love to see if we can get those back in stock for you or suggest a close alternative.
