There was a hiccup in my shipping during the holidays 2025. I contacted Bull City and the very next day my order was updated and three days later I received my flavors….!!!!

Hi Erin, it’s great to hear we have the flavors you are looking for. Regarding the shipping—I completely understand the frustration, especially being only three states away. While we ship orders out as quickly as possible, carrier delays can sometimes be a hurdle. We are constantly looking for ways to speed things up and appreciate your patience.

BCF is awesome but the new shipping sucks big time .
Actually I was commenting about USPS Ground Advantage which is what just about every business if forced to use these days if offering economy shipping .
Shockingly the latest purchase arrived quickly which is the first time that's EVER happened with Ground Advantage , all past Ground Advantage purchases have been way way slower than before Ground Advantage started and this applies to all businesses who use it not only BCF by any means . I used to get BCF orders the day after I ordered it but with Ground Advantage it's multiple days until I receive it .
I want to make it clear that BCF itself ships virtually instantly so it's not on them.

Hi Chris, thank you for the clarification. We have certainly noticed that transit times have increased with the Ground Advantage service compared to the First-Class service it replaced.
