was difficult for refund but finally solved
I bought a monthly plan, then found that it is not possible to see any servers and use the VPN service. Then I wrote emails to ask for refund. In the reply, they asked me if I really want refund. I confirmed them and sent a screenshot of the error message .
Afterwards they answered with the exactly same words as the first reply and asked me again my phone model and iOS version without mentioning the refund issue. The so-called ''30 day no questions asked refund'' is not true at all.
No recommendation for BulletVPN!

After writing the review here, I finally got money back. They explained the issue as misunderstanding. Hence, I have my correction: from 1 to 2 stars. Hopefully their customer service may get better.

RELIABLE VPN
Decent VPN with good speed and with large servers. Support is excellent, but some minor improvement is needed, and I hope they are working on it.

Still having problems, sometimes, connecting to DSTV and resolution on transfer from ipad to tv can be downgraded.

Apps need updates
O would suggest to update the apps and to give the info inside the apps what are the servers that unblock which streaming service, which support torrents etc.
Other than that everything is great.
