Avoid this company.
I requested cancellation and a refund on **May 5** after determining the service did not meet my needs and before ever using it. Support acknowledged my request in writing and stated they would process the refund. For weeks, they repeatedly claimed they were "waiting on the data center." After that, they simply stopped responding altogether.
To make matters worse, they attempted to bill me for another renewal after my cancellation request had already been submitted and acknowledged.
As of the date of this review, I have spent nearly two months trying to obtain a refund with no resolution. Once the conversation involved a refund, support effectively stopped communicating despite multiple polite follow-ups.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you value responsive customer service and timely handling of billing or refund issues, I would strongly consider choosing another provider.
