Bullion Exchanges is a precious metals dealer based in New York City’s Diamond District, serving customers in person and online across the United States. We buy and sell gold, silver, platinum, and palladium in the forms investors and collectors actually want: coins, bars, and rounds from government mints and respected private refiners around the world. Our catalog is built to serve every kind of buyer. First-time customers will find clear product descriptions, transparent pricing tied to the live spot price, and a team that’s happy to explain the basics, from what a premium is to how to read a coin’s fineness. Experienced stackers and collectors will find depth: hand-poured and cast silver bars, limited-mintage releases, certified coins, and specialty pieces that are hard to source elsewhere. We also carry gift items for anyone who wants to introduce a friend or family member to precious metals. We work hard to keep our pricing competitive and our process simple. Orders ship securely and discreetly, and our customer service team is reachable by phone, email, and chat when you have a question before or after you buy. Through the Bullionaire Club Rewards Program, every purchase earns Bullionaire Bucks you can apply toward future orders. Selling to us is just as easy. Whether you have a single coin or a larger holding, we offer fair, straightforward quotes and a clear process from appraisal to payment. If you want to learn before you buy, our Learning Center covers bullion fundamentals, coin collecting, and the factors that move the precious metals market, written in plain language. I have used Bullion Exchanges several times due to good prices and variety Great prices on silver products and easy, clear website to look at products
My only concern is this time today I was attempting to pay with credit card and it kept in verifying mode “forever” and I may have missed out on the price so finally I had to pay with PayPal , but , all in all I will continue to buy products from Bullion Exchanges
Thanks Fellas/Gals !

Honest company, great process, great shipping
EDIT: I have changed my review to 5 ☆ I have placed more orders with them. Very smooth to buy from.
A bit of a hassle to order. They require a copy of my ID, then they ship through FED EX and require a signature. This makes the process painful for me.
The price was great and the Panda Gold was flawless. Shipping was fast. Great packaging.
So, if you don't mind giving complete strangers your ID, and having someone sit at your house to sign for the delivery, I HIGHLY recommend them.
This all being said, I have placed another order with them.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for placing another order with us! We understand that the verification and delivery requirements can be inconvenient. Due to the nature of our business, our compliance procedures sometimes require a copy of a customer's ID strictly for identity verification and security purposes.
Orders over $1,000 require a signature upon delivery. However, if you're unable to be home to sign, you can choose to have your order shipped directly to a FedEx pickup location at checkout and collect it at your convenience.
We're glad you were happy with the pricing, fast shipping, packaging, and quality of your Gold Panda. We truly appreciate your honest feedback and your continued business.
