Bullionhouse Avis

I came across Bullion House by chance after doing a google search looking for the best places to sell gold, close to the spot price. I decided to give them a call and was put through to a gentleman called Jonathan. Jonathan explained the process in a methodical way while managing my expectations (Afterall he hadn’t seen the item I was selling). On the back of that conversation, I decided to visit their offices in Baker Street.
Jonathan reiterated our previous conversation and inspected the piece of jewellery in front of me, while explaining each step of the process. The item was weighed and the quality of the gold was tested in front of me, at no time was the item removed from my sight. I was given a price with no hard sell, just me left to decide if I wanted to accept.
The entire experience was seamless and full credit to Jonathan’s knowledge and professionalism. I am quite analytical, so I had a number of questions that didn’t seem to faze him at all.
Bullion House is a great choice if you have any gold pieces to sell.

Jonathon was a gent, easy to deal with and got my value within an hour of him receiving my package. Upon my acceptance I was paid instantly. Proper company, and proper fella, would recommend.

I recently visited Bullion House and was very impressed with the service provided by Jordan and the team.

The entire process was professional, efficient and transparent from start to finish. Jordan was knowledgeable, approachable and happy to answer questions without any pressure or sales tactics. The purchasing process was straightforward, and I appreciated the clear communication throughout.

What stood out most was the quality of customer service. It is refreshing to deal with a business that combines expertise with genuine professionalism and attention to detail.

Overall, an excellent experience and one I would happily recommend to anyone looking for a reputable bullion dealer in London.

Very happy with my experience at Bullion House, Jordan and the team were very professional to work with. Thanks guys!

Fantastic service! The appointment was efficient and straight forward. My only slight issue was getting the right contact information that could help me get an appointment booked. The website forum wouldn't send my information through when I tried. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience!
