Bullionhouse Avis

Been using them since lockdown and never failed to deliver

My experience with Bullion House was good, Jonathan was professional and everything went smoothly.

Fantastic company . Jordan was very prompt and helpful . Excellent service

Jonathan was very helpful and friendly. He took all the time we needed to make sure we understood the evaluation and prices. I hope we can deal more coins with Bullion House in the near future.

Excellent customer service and competitively priced in their dealings. Jonathan was great to deal with and really thorough in his interactions with us. He was very prompt in his responses and took the trouble to explain things very well. I would highly recommend Bullion house.

The guys are experts in evaluations. I was met by professional guys and Jonathan and his team were friendly and helpful.
Highly recommend the place

My experience from start to finish was excellent. I dealt with Johnathan.
He was very professional and friendly.
I have 100% trust in him and would recommend him if you need to sale your Gold.
Edith.

I sent coins off to them in January. I have emailed, called to staff member and te text several times. Not only did they fall to send out all paperwork as it happened, but sent me a link to my delivery. It didn't arrive, but tracking didn't recognise the number. So I have lost over £2500 in 13 coins. I will be taking legal action.

Jonathan was extremely professional on my visit. The overall service was more than I had expected and I cannot recommend them enough.

Great store easy to find, I had no appointment booked but Patrick met me sat with me and gave me all the information I needed. I purchased some really good valued silver and will be purchasing all my investment metals from here.

I went to buy gold and silver (precious metals) here, and the service was excellent. The staff (Jonathan)were very friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism. Highly recommended for anyone looking to invest in gold or silver!

Very efficient, quick replies, nice and happy to share his knowledge. Would recommend them.

From start to finish, my experience with Bullion House was absolutely outstanding. They genuinely offer the best prices around for gold - I checked several places before visiting, and no one came close to their rates. The process was smooth, transparent, and completely stress-free.

Jonathan was extremely helpful and professional throughout, taking the time to walk me through each step and explain how everything worked. His communication was clear, and he made sure I was comfortable and confident at every stage. It’s rare to find a business that combines great value with this level of personal service.

I can honestly say I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Bullion House has earned my full trust, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their gold or deal with a reliable and honest company. Truly the best in the business!

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jonathan at Bullion House today when selling some gold, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, Jonathan was exceptionally professional, incredibly friendly, and took the time to explain every detail clearly and honestly. His knowledge and transparency made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

It’s rare to come across someone who combines expertise with such genuine warmth and customer care. Jonathan is an absolute credit to Bullion House, I would highly recommend both him and the company to anyone looking to buy or sell precious metals.

It was a great experience. From the price they offered to the greetings up until the farewell. Very respectful staff, a nice corporate and comforting building. I managed to sell my gold same day, for cash. I booked the appointment an hour earlier.

Highly recommended place to sell gold coins. The staff are professional, friendly, and the payment process is quick and efficient.

I had several different valuations on my partners 23380 GM 9ct gold curb chain, before I stumbled across Bullion House on Baker Street London. Bullion House gave the best valuation price on the chain at a great scrap gold price. The service was 10/10 in every aspect for example, communication, advice on transport into London, prompt service, kept to our appointment time, was professional but also friendly, made us feel welcome at the shop & also offered to help with our daughters stroller up & down the few steps in store. For any gold valuations in the future, Jonathan will be our first port of call. Thank you Bullion House!

Top service

Personal service from Jonathan who efficiently made arrangements for me to sell my bars by visiting showroom.
Process was very easy and suitable checks were made.
After testing while I waited the sale proceeded at the spot price. There was no pressure to sell.
Payments were made to my bank account within 3 hours of sale and I received a follow up email to check that my money was safely in my bank account.

I found Bullion House via a Google search, called and made an appointment to see the Sales advisor Jonathan. Lovely office, great advice and very competitive pricing for the Gold coins that I wished to sell given by Johnathan.
I highly recommend Bullion House service was top notch and agreed sale price was transferred into my account in seconds.
I intend to use them in the future to purchase Gold coins as well
