Bullionhouse Avis

Staff very helpful but the order page link did not update giving me concerns as to the progress of the orders.
Limits on the delivery amounts due to Insurance could have been explained to reduce worries.

Very straightforward website and experience.
Thank you!

Finding a great product at a very competitive price is only half the battle.

Finding a customer service to compliment that is key.
Massive thank you!

Robert was amazing at securing my investments, The process was so easy and simple, looking forward to a good return on my investment.

Excellent service and quality always putting customers first I will shop with this company for life

Nice and easy shopping experience. Had a phone call to say they were unable to ship to a different address to billing address, I also had to be in to sign for the parcel so they arranged to hold it so it would arrive on a Saturday so I would be in to receive it. It came all safely wrapped up in bubble wrap. Absolutely great customer services. I will 100% be ordering again in the future. Very happy! Thank you for all your help.

These guys are honest, hard working, engaging and just brilliant at giving good honest advice

One time below market price-

Everything went well delivery took slightly longer than expected but great customer service.

Excellent customer service and quality. I bought from them a while ago and had a phone call from an account manager some time after. I was a bit cautious buying precious metals online and over the phone but Bullion House are very reliable and trust worthy. Thay have great knowledge about their products and are very friendly. I had a delay on one of my orders and they kept me up to date the whole way through. I would highly recommend Bullion House to beginner or experienced investors and collectors.

Very good support when ordering. More than happy with the experience!

Ordered two coins and was not disappointed with the quality.beautiful coins . waited longer than usual for 1 of them but it was well worth the wait.thankyou Robert for your excellent customer service.

Fast efficient effective service my customer service assistant Robert can never do enough to offer advice help with any problems or questions I have even listened to me moaning about my day at work 😃

Time and time again! Great Company! I have been working with Bullion House since July 2020 and in particular with Jordan. Either way, my interaction with the others has been pleasant and professional. At the heart of their business, I feel they have a huge emphasis on making their customer feel comfortable throughout the buying process. Delivery of goods has always been very prompt, delivery updates were always given an overall great experience. Have built personal and professional relationships where all types of useful investment advice are discussed. Won't buy anywhere else!

First time buyer and very happy buyer! Purchased a gift for Christmas. Found the website easy to navigate, order came promptly and well wrapped and packaging is perfect for a present.

Price was also very competitive compared to other similar sites.

Really pleased and will definitely purchase here again.

Great service and easy to contact. Spoke with Jordan and everything was arranged as agreed and shipped. Highly recommended for their service.

Superb. Guided through the process and advised what products suited me best. A pleasure to deal with.
