Had a couple of Radiators fitted. The team were out quickly to do the estimate and were able to fit us in for the work exactly when we wanted. Always reliable with friendly and respectful engineers.

Always been very friendly and professional...
I've used bumblebee numerous times now for a leak and then annual boiler service and upgrades. They have always been very friendly and professional and the work has always been 5*. Since we had a full power flush our central heating has been fab and we have had no more issues!

this firm came out twice told me to get…do they know what they are doing
this firm came out twice told me to get Worcester out.worcester came out fixed straight away would not recommend to any one this firm cost me a lot of money for what was probably a 10 pound gas pipe this was besides leaving me with no heating and hot water all over xmas and they only came to fix the hot water

We were originally called out for a leak, which we fixed. The second separate visit was regarding an intermittent fault which would not happen on the visit. We checked the customer warranty information and suggested calling Worcester our for a first time fix, please note that we did not charge for this visit and Worcester came out and subsequently fixed the issue. I am shocked and disappointed that this has led to a poor review as I feel that we went above and beyond the call of duty to help them get their boiler fixed the most economical way.

Without hesitation I would recommend Bumblebee to anyone having trouble with their heating. They are a fantastic team, who are experts in their field, they are cool and calm, they have a great way of dealing with your problems and reassuring you when you think you’re having a crisis! They’re very professional and unbelievably efficient, I’ll never use anyone else but them in the future.

Unfortunately we lost an engineer that day to an injury sustained at another customers house. As soon as the incident happened we phoned the customer and offered our next available appointment and even offered to come over the weekend so that they did not have to take any time off work. They declined. I think it’s fair to say that we did not anticipate for this and we acted as quickly and as professionally as we could. We understand the frustrations felt by our customers when appointments are not met and we apologise again for letting you down.

We returned as soon as we heard there was a problem and fixed the issue straight away with no charge. No damage was reported as the customer had turned the water off. Mistakes do happen and we always try to react the correct way which we felt we did on this occasion, sorry you feel that we fell short of the mark.

Excellent service minimum damage to tiles and decor. New boiler saving circa £350 a year in bills. With a ten year guarantee. Engineers very cheerful total customer centric and left the area clean and tidy. The follow up free year inspection was very thorough and once again the engineer was polite cheerful and
Nothing was too much trouble.
