I can't give enough positive praise about the guys at Bumblebee. They recently carried out a complex pipework repair for me (involving removing part of wall) and they serviced my Worcester Bosch boiler at the same time. The work quality was impeccable and the guys were courteous, friendly and very respectful. I have since recommended Bumbleebee to a friend who required a new boiler and he had the same experience as me. First class, exactly how it should be.

I have a service plan with BumbleBee. Experienced issues with pressure loss of the CH system. Called today and asked for an engineer - expecting next week - arrived within 4 hours, diagnosed and fixed fault within 90 minutes - new valve required, unfortuantely the old one had broken and leaked water. Nice efficient team, shoes off etc etc. Paid my £60 excess, all done. happy customer. reccommended!

Had my central heating boiler serviced in August 2018 as part of my House Insurance cover. When the boiler started loosing pressure I contacted the Service provider who were not very helpful. Needless to say I cancelled my Insurance cover and contacted Bumblebee after my son had used their services. The engineer arrived when stated and immediately identified the boiler issue which was rectified very quickly. The engineer took the time to explain why I had been loosing water pressure and all done with a smile !! Great service and I would not hesitate in recommending Bumblebee to anyone. Well done again !!

Good, clean workmanship

Bumblebee ‘repaired’ my cloakroom toilet, on which the flush wasn’t working properly. He persuaded me to complete a customer satisfaction form before he left. I did so, as it appeared that the flush was working, but the very next time I flushed the toilet, it didn’t work and, when I looked inside the cistern, I could see he’d done a makeshift ‘repair’ with a bit of wire instead of replacing the faulty parts. I would NOT recommend this company.

Great swift service and competitive price

I have used bubblebee heating on st least 4 occasions and they have been brilliant everytime. Professional service and great workmanship with friendly engineers. Always cleaned after themselves when the works have been completed.
