I spoke on the phone with someone called Sasha, she was a lovely lady, very cheerful sounded like she was happy to help so you could speak to her with confidence, i was after a jellycat of course it was a specific one! She went above and beyond to help, we found the last one and it was almost as if she was excited which made it more exciting. Im thankful for her help and wish her lots of love and happiness in her future!

This company was the only one with stock left, so even though I had never heard of them before I ordered from them...so glad I did! They had the cheapest p&p. It came super fast and I was informed all the way. But the bit I like most was that it was personally wrapped in their logo tissue paper! What a beautiful touch! Thank you so much xxx

After my first order they sent me an email that my order is on the way, and the day after they canceled my order. The shipped my second order but I wrote them twice to send me an invoice and they didn't even replied.

ordered online. it was shipped late and missed my daughter’s birthday. One item is missing due to out of stock, emailed the shop twice regarding the refund, no response in the last three days. Not good service !
