Very Happy Customer
I saw the kimono coat when I was away for the weekend but the shop didn’t have it in my size. Looked on line and saw Bunka had it in my size. Luckily when I called them the owner of Bunka answered and double checked the size I wanted was actually in stock, called me back and sent the link for ordering. The coat arrived after a few days. It’s lovely. Very happy customer. Excellent 👍

Fantastic customer service! Wanted to buy a necklace that was out of stock but available in another branch, the assistant kept me informed by phone and reminded me to collect my purchase, so refreshing to have an enthusiastic, pleasant experience when purchasing.

I purchased a couple of clothing items from the website. They promptly shipped my order in nice packaging. Additionally, I bought a Jellycat Corgi from the website, as they offer a very wide range of Jellycat products. I appreciate the excellent communication throughout the ordering process. Thank you!
