Always buy the big 1kg bags of plantain for my elderly bunny since he had an operation to remove a tooth root abscess he won't eat any type of hay (I have tried 100s) but he loves plantain especial... Voir plus

Communication is so poor
Had an issue with the lavender and chamomile salad as it was rotten. Sent photos and asked for a refund on that 1kg bag. I had one reply to my emails and then nothing. After weeks of trying to get a reply I was at the point of contacting my bank to retrieve the money, when a box arrived with 1kg of 100g bags. No one ever responded to my emails, or let me know they were sending this. I had already replaced the forage and, and whilst I am appreciative of the replacement, I now have to try and store 10 smaller bags in my 2 bed house with 16 animals in rescue.
Please just communicate with your customers. Sadly I won’t be using again when service from Wild About Bunnies and Just4Rabbits is so amazing.

A love this company so much
A love this company so much. Every month a get my guineau pigs a box every month and am so excited 😁 😆 to see what is inside. It is full of nice and tasty things 😋 for my boys, even get a toy. Well worth the money. Delivery is super fast aswell. Amazing 👏
