Lovely puffa jacket for my little 13 year old dog who shivered in the cold. I bought a large size even though he is probably classified more as medium but this fits beautifully.

We are both very pleased.

Bed was delivered in well under 24 hours, despite having ordered after the cut off time for 24 hour delivery. I have a very happy dog now!

I have ordered this bed before for my Lab who chews everything. The bed itself whilst not indestructible, lasted longer than any I have had for him to date. Therefore I ordered another one, on Thursday morning 13/11/25 and was supposed to be next day delivery. Taking this into account I then threw out his old bed on the Friday. However it is now Monday and the bed still hasn’t arrived. I have had to go out to buy something for him to lie on while waiting on the new one arriving costing me more money. The company uses Evri for delivery, who are totally unreliable. Had I known I’d have bought elsewhere.

Just to update, having received a response from Bunty to my email regarding my delivery. Alexia who dealt with my complaint was excellent and did everything she could to get my order delivered. They even offered me 25% off due to my issue if I wanted it.

I was always aware that Evri were the issue, however I appreciate the excellent customer service provided by Alexia, who was always quick to respond and couldn’t be faulted.

Harness was a good fit, good quality and was reasonably priced. Very happy with it !!!

The medium sized harness was tiny. I emailed Customer service who advised me to post the item back- I had to pay for a Royal Mail code which I do not feel is fair. The returns label should have been provided free of charge and I would like to be refunded for it.

I ordered a new bed for my very elderly wee dog, It arrived promptly, looked good and was very well priced. Best of all Alice my dog, took to it like a duck to water, and as I am typing this is lying cosy, comfy and contented. Would recommend these beds to pet owners and future ones too

The dog bed is good. I have a chewing monster of a puppy that has already destroyed two beds. She has left these alone. It is tough, but also not such a soft covering material which probably isnt so tempting to chew
