Measurement guidelines didn’t match the product. Tried numerous times to contact company via email to try return item with no luck. Very disappointing.

Amazing turnaround on delivery. And the bed is brilliant. Lovely and deep. My dogs disappear into the beds and are hard to prize them out once snuggled in. I want one for myself.

Sent Large bed instead of ordered XLarge. Bed was tagged as XL but tape measure said otherwise. Had to pay to return. Ordered another style XXL. Arrived in torn plastic bag with hole in stitching. Quick delivery and reply to email but what a faff and waste of time. Waiting to hear back about faulty second bed.

Process seemless from beginning to end. Delivered quickly. I overestimated the size I needed. It could accommodate 10 Lhasa Apso 's never mind 2 but they enjoy it and can have their own space. Successful all round.

Received the wrong dog bed, so had the inconvenience of repacking and taking to post office.
Came from Afropoco a sister company apparently perhaps if it was sent from Bunty it would have been correct.
Waiting for replacement

Ok so after owning our Polar Dog Bed for just a few months it’s basically got no structure left to it and our dogs are unable to snuggle into it.
I have gotten in touch with the company to let them know our experience as I wanted to give them the opportunity to rectify what we considered to be a poor product which didn’t stand up to the product description.
Unfortunately the company only seemed interested in telling me twice in consecutive emails that the dog bed clearly was used from the image we sent over and therefore they couldn’t offer any resolution, they also pointed out that the bed cushion was key to the structure of the bed and I pointed out that it is when it’s empty but does not hold up when the bed is being used.
I think my 1st email complaining and trying to point out that our dogs barely used the bed and chose to lie next to it rather than in it got lost in translation and they took it as I was saying the bed was unused which they disagreed with.
The company did offer a partial refund but as I explained I wasn’t looking for a refund I wanted a resolution be it advice on a more robust product or a replacement neither was offered.

All in all really nice looking beds but they do not live up to the images or the social media hype this is 2 months of ownership not 12 months plus………

I have now dropped from 2 stars to 1 star as I gave an honest review containing the main points of our interaction but you have responded with some dishonest claims….honesty is the best policy always!
