Burger Boi Avis 37

Ate here today my burger was raw and freezing cold I had one boiling hot gherkin on the burger no onions as described and the bread was so soggy . The cheese sauce tasted like dirty burnt greasy oil it was the weirdest sauce I ever have ate, the chicken tenders were so burnt they were inedible. The gravy was the best thing about what I had . I cannot believe I had a raw burger

We visited today, family of 4, and although there was an small issue on ordering as the machine went down, which delayed how long it took, the staff were so apologetic, and we were offered some ice cream and halloumi bites,. complimentary.

The food we received was all cooked fresh and tasted delicious, the staff couldn't do enough for us and checked in to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything more.

I wish them all the best with their new venture, we will definitely be returning!

The service and the food was absolutely amazing first time going there and the food was brilliant the staff there are really polite and helpful highly recommend coming here (best burger I had in ages by the way)

Ordered through Just Eat, Over 2hrs to get delivery, had to call restaurant, Food delivered Cold, Soggy, Pretty Poor Standard, £37 wasted, Will NOT be a returning customer, Don’t waste your money Folks, Go Get Cheaper BK, at least you know what you’re getting.

Order through just eat and never received. Manager was argumentative and rude on the phone. Basically told me once the foods been cooked and leaves it’s not their problem if I get it or not. Terrible

It’s taken over 2 hours and the restaurant still hasn’t made my food. When I rang them, they said there’s nothing they can do. Manager won’t speak to you. Absolute joke, will never order from here

Ordered on just eat, the delivery just kept getting pushed back again and again. Waited over an hour and a half before I gave up! What a waste of time!

absolutely awful waited up to an hour for 2 items for them to forget my order and plus be cold, and excuse was it wasn’t me dealing with the tickets. owner so rude , especially the way they spoke to staff , will not be going there again. not to add i spent £20 on the order waste of money. do not recommend at all

Burger was unreal! Peri chips were amazing and to top it off the Milkshake was great! Definitely will be my new go to burger place.

Ordered on deliveroo, burger had sauce and onions in it despite me selecting the option for no sauce and no onions, both 2 fries were missing, and food took painfully long to be prepared- deliveroo had to change drivers 4 times due to the ridiculous wait times. Food tastes okay, definitely not worth the price. Would’ve been better if we got what we actually ordered within a reasonable time

After more than two hours, it finally arrived, yet it was disappointingly cold and quite unpleasant.

New burger boi in Hednesford is horrible. What kind of burger joint doesn't do bacon! Overpriced rubbish! Wouldn't feed it my dog!

Burger Boi is a total win. The burgers are juicy, flavorful, and clearly made with quality ingredients, and the portions are generous without being over-the-top. The buns are soft, the toppings are fresh, and every bite tastes intentional—not rushed or generic.

Best Burger here, very testy and must better.

Came in to try burger boi and the staff was very helpful and went through the entire menu I nearly bought the whole menu the burger the fries the milkshakes even the Mac and cheese was define thank you burger boi for a wonderful experience amazing food

DO NOT RECOMMEND!I decided to order through Just Eat, and everything seemed perfect until the delivery. Spending £73, I found items missing and the chicken was dry (THE FOOD DIDN'T LOOK AS ADVERTISED). When I called Burger Boi, the person who answered was impolite and did not seem fit for customer service. After I explained the issue, she abruptly ended the call. Upon calling again, she refused to send the missing items, claiming it was an Uber Eats problem. However, they can only deliver what they have received. I will not be dining here in the future!

Having had a couple of visits in store I was totally dissatisfied and disappointed with a takeaway order. Failed to deliver the x 2 milkshakes ordered (refunded but I actually wanted them!). Delivery just left on doorstep and burger was so greasy. Fries were cold.
Will NEVER be ordering or visiting again.

First time trying and would like to say never again. Waste of money!! Ordered a BBQ beef wrap it was the most disappointing wrap I’ve ever had there was no bbq in it, the mince wasn’t seasoned at all. The wrap was soggy. The salad was brown. Never again

The chips were seasoned. However they were cold when came, the box was covered in some kind of oil. decent but would like the food quality to be better!!

This joint is absolutely terrible. We ordered online through Uber Earts before with no issues, until today. One was they delivered the food so late compared to how long they said it would be, and they sent us someone else's order. We tried to call the number and a lady answered and told us we could get a refund, but we still have to pay again if we wanted another order. How ridiculous. And we can't even give them the food back because of food hygiene, which I get. But the point of this review was to tell you how appalled we were when we managed to get ahold of the driver, whom in which tried to make us seem in the wrong because we thought it was our order until we found out properly. His attitude was so disgusting. He simply told us it was our fault, and didn't bother to take responsibility for his actions. Never ordering from this place again. Learnt the hard way!!
