It works
With the burnbox it was very easy to do. End at the end of it I was not hungry at all. Lost around 8 lbs.

Don't trust the "discounted" rate
The fasting was not to bad and I was not hungry all day long, which was good. I just thouhgt there would be a little more included then a broth and fiber drink. Therefore, I didn't think it was worth the price. I also had gotten the 3 month supply so I canceled my subscripton because I didn't think I would do this every month. Because I canceled I was charged an extra 40 dollars even though I thought I had gotten the discount foe being a first time customer.. which was very disappointing. I won't be recommending this company for thaz reason.

Never felt hungry
It was an easy program and I never felt hungry. On the 3 day fast I dropped 6 lbs. I was at a stand still with weight loss and this program pushed me over the limit.

I requested earlier shipment of my next subscription and the responsiveness and results were outstanding. I signed up for an initial 4 fasts and when I received the box my wife wanted to do the fast with me. Our first fast was completed and we were happy with the results.

Great experience
Great experience. I wasn’t as hungry as I thought I would be and even stretched it to a fourth day. I lost 14 pounds and only gained back two when I started eating again.
