Burton Blake Avis 

I would like to say a huge thank you to the lady I spoke to the other day. Im afraid I did not get her name but I called in to ask if my order could be fast tracked as I am going on holiday on Thursday and wanted to take my new portable speaker with me.

The lady I spoke to said there were some problems at the warehouse and things were delayed which is understandable at the moment. The lady said she would call through and see what could be done. Well I am so pleased to say the speaker arrived today!

Absolutely brilliant service, price , customer care , delivery . You couldn't ask for more . I bought the mandela black mat pro extra large which no one could match in price or even delivery . If you've never used them and they have what you want i urge you to use them you won't be disappointed .

I recently ordered a cufflinks box online from Burton Blake. The product arrived very quickly, within 2 days of ordering, which was great as I was purchasing this product as a gift. I was very impressed by the excellent quality of the cufflinks box and it was extremely well made and finished. It also looked a lot more expensive than it was. I think it was fantastic value for money and as a result, I have already recommended this website to family and friends. I will definitely continue to shop at Burton Blake for future purchases. I urge you to take a look at their website if you are finding it difficult to purchase something special for a loved one.

I ordered an item on the 10th June. This was the line on the order confirmation I received:
'We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt'.
Unfortunately due to supplier issues around the Covid challange there were multiple delays which has been pushing delivery back much longer.
That being said the team at Burton Blake have been as good as they can be in the circumstances pushing for delivery with supplier and communicating with me on phone and email so I really appreciate them for that. They have also made an adjustment on the site for the product so that expectations are easier understood.

Just a shame given the circumstances. But I believe they are trying for their customers.

Blaming suppliers is the last refuge. Ordered a speaker heard nothing so chased it. They didn’t know what was happening to their customers. Poor show.

Well, brought a Bugatti Expensive toaster.
Arrived Quickly enough was was happy about that .
Upon opening the box I said to the wife , this has been packed upside down and it was very strange the power wire was unwound.
Plugged it in . It was dead .
Just out of curiosity, I checked the fuse ... the 13A fuse was missing and in its place was a 10A fuse which is a big NO NO in a toaster .
Again , out of curiosity, I put a 13A fuse in it and it was still dead .
I can only conclude that this was a faulty item that has been returned to them , and they have sent it back out again .
Not impressed and will Obviously be sending back but I can’t believe they have sent me a item that was faulty.
And NO , the box was not sealed .

The issue was raised with the seller who indeed wasn’t happy either . A replacement was sent out the next day .

Purchased a Skyline Chess set as advertised in stock as stipulated on their website ,4 weeks later I was informed the item couldn’t be sourced.I informed Burton & Blake their website needs to be amended if no stock available as it is very misleading.Was refunded but left very disappointed.

Very responsive to my query which was very well handled. Would recommend this company.
