Never had any doubt that we could sell our home just didn't expect it to happen so quickly. Thanks to Marcus and the team at Bushnell Porter it was all completed in 16 weeks. Marcus has been in this business a long time and he knows the market. His valuation of our property was a little under what we were expecting, but fair in the current market, so we came to an amical agreement and sold the house within 10 days .Their agents fees are competitive. Marcus is great at liaising with buyers, and other agents within the chain to keep things moving along He gave us excellent advice, regarding choosing solicitors and removers. All coming together very quickly. We have lived in the area for 60 years and have now settled in Dorset and couldn't have done it without Marcus, David and Lucy who make up the team at Bushnell Porter. We highly recommend them.

The team at Bushnell Porter Bordon were so helpful from start to finish. They were always accommodating and thorough in keeping me up to date with the progress of my purchase. There were several hiccups along the way but we got there, and thanks to Marcus and David on the last day who helped get things over the line. Personal assistance all the way through, reminding the buyers and sellers (and solicitors when necessary), guiding me sometimes, but always on the ball. I went away for a week, and when I got back, my house had been sold, for the asking price, and my desired new but smaller house had been purchased on my behalf. You can't beat that!

The actual sale was a particular challenge as others in the chain were tied to a tight completion date because of mortgage issues. From offer to completion was 4 weeks and one day helped calmly along the way by Tim when those of us in the chain were feeling the stress.

After a nightmare with a couple who prevaricated for weeks, continuously revisiting before pulling out, David and Marcus were so reassuring and more potential buyers quickly viewed and an offer made.
The sale process was protracted due to buyers further down the chain which sent our stress levels up, however both Marcus and David kept us informed the whole time, chased other Agents and Solicitors to keep the process on track.

Having sold the previous house and bought the one just sold through Busnell Porter some years ago we had great service then just as we have had this time and I had no reason to use any other Estate Agent. Marcus and David are very professional and friendly, they took great photo's and secured a great price for us. They were always on the case to help chase things up and provide updates to us. Due to a problem futher down the chain the process took longer than it should and they did their upmost to assist in any way.
