Completed sale of my late Step-Fathers house 18 July 2025. My main dealings were with Marcus but I met David and Lucy, a formidable team!

We honestly can’t thank the team enough, they were all incredible and we couldn’t have done it without them. We had a very long and difficult process to navigate, with a chain that nearly collapsed several times. Our estate agent completely disengaged post offer acceptance on our house, leaving us to communicate with everyone ourselves. We had an incredibly demanding buyer who threatened to pull out repeatedly, which was really hard to deal with. The team in Bushnell Porter stepped in and managed contact with her and her conveyancer, which wasn’t their job. Excellent service. Needed a quick sale and found me a buyer with nothing to sell and I needed to get my property sold.
Placed it in their hands end of August and a week or so later, they found a recommended buyer.
The sale completed before the end of October.
