Our mission is to make small pet companionship easier and more fulfilling, by creating innovative, high-quality products using ‘planet in mind’ materials and manufacturing techniques. Based in Sheffield in the UK, we manufacture all of our products using 3D printing technology. This manufacturing method allows us to update our products constantly, meaning our customers receive the best possible products!

poor customer service

i've ordered from buttercups pets a few times in the past and really like their products but the level of customer service i have experienced this time isn't good enough! i placed and order on the 4th june and paid express delivery which wasn't despatched untill the folllowing monday which was the 9th june i had already sent a message on the monday through the website to find out when my order would be being sent out i had no reply but at least it had been despatched, the tracking then didn't change from 9 pm on the monday night so on the wednesday i emailed to ask them what was happening as i wasn't getting any help from evri, i did get a reply to which was said that the products will be re sent out i will get a new tracking link if the original one cant be used, i had emailed back saying that was fine and would appreciate that fast
forward to today no reply from the company and no replacements have been sent out, evri have finally got intouch to say the product is missing, i understand small business are busy but it is no excuse for such low level of service,

Many thanks for being a repeat customer! We're so sorry to hear about the bad experience you had the second time around—it seems something, somewhere, went really wrong.

After taking a look at this, we can see there were numerous attempts to reach out to you to get this sorted, but unfortunately, we never heard back. Please note this isn't to say you ever received those emails, but we just wanted to make it clear that we did try!

We also noticed a bank chargeback on the order, which means the case is then in the hands of the bank and we're unable to take further action. That's why we weren’t able to send out replacements in the end—we couldn’t get in touch, and the chargeback process limits what we can do on our end.

That said, we'd still love to make this right. As a gesture of goodwill—and we completely understand if you'd rather not take us up on it—we’d be happy to send out your original order free of charge.

Many thanks for your order, and we're really sorry to hear about the issues you experienced.

We’ve looked into it and finally got to the bottom of what happened—and we’ve got a resolution for you!

For some reason, your parcel was stuck at an Evri parcel shop for 10 days. It was essentially just sitting there without being scanned, which meant it couldn't move on to the next stage. We have no idea why this happened, but due to the delay, we’ve gone ahead and issued you a full postage refund.

We hope this goes some way toward making up for the inconvenience. If you ever wish to order again, please do get in touch with us directly—we’ll be sure to sort something special out for you 😊 Just mention this Trustpilot review!

Great service

I needed the cage fitting for the hay racks as I was changing from wall mounted to cage mounted. I got brilliant service from everyone I dealt with. A great company and lovely products.

Really good bottle holder

The bottle holder arrived really quickly and in very good condition.
It goes well with the other bottle holder and hay rack I bought a few months ago. It's really easy to fit to your cage and easy to clean

I requested a refund which I finally…

I requested a refund which I finally got after requesting again. I was told that my item had been sent in error although I haven’t received it.
I found the companies communication a huge problem.

Yayyy!!

Yayyy!!! No more wet bedding from water bottles. These bottle holders are everything and more my 6 Guinea pigs love them. Was recommended these by Masons Cavies and am really pleased with them.

Great company/service and fab products

Would highly recommend this company and products
I ordered the bottle holder and paid express delivery as required it urgently. Unfortunately the item got lost and wasn't delivered. I contacted the company who responded very quickly and sent out a replacement. They also refunded the express p&p amount. I was very pleased with the support and customer service and the product is excellent. Only just found it and I wish I had this product years ago for my bunnies.
