I ordered my product 3 weeks ago
I ordered my product 3 weeks ago, and despite contacting Butterluxe numerous times - both through their website's online chat and through their Instagram - I have been given no updates apart from 'That's been shipped now'. I informed them that DPD says there's been an issue with my delivery, but neither Butterluxe or DPD are giving me any further updates, or have responded to my request for a refund. Highly disappointed and won't be ordering from them again.

Ordered 2 x 50ml pots and a 15ml pot. Was sent 3 x 50ml as an upgrade. Very happy. Sent out and received fast. Love their products and will buy again.

High quality products and really help New Tattoos
The Tattoo shop Heartbreaker in Brighton use there products, and had seen them on the different artists stations, looked on line and had amazing products for new tattoos amd especially some great designs and limited addition which i Bought NIck tropical air. As other customers said they smell so lovely, and such highly quality products for tattoos so heal really well and make older tattoos looke bright. highly recommend

Should be no stars.
Ordered 3 balms.
Delivered to wrong address.
BUTTERLUXE nor DPD will take the blame. No one cares.
Delivered to different address and DPD know where it was delivered but refused to help. BUTTERLUXE stopped talking to me on the Web chat. Both companies should have no stars. BIG shout out for MOHAN from DPD for delivering to wrong address and taking pictures of it. MOHAN YOU ARE DELIVERY DRIVER OF THE MONTH...NOT

Hi, this statement is false. We haven’t stopped talking to you. Our last message was that we will be contacting DPD to find out if we can locate the parcel. If not we said a refund would be made. Uno reverse card.. 0* review. Please note the missing parcel and refund are still in progress. PS leave poor Mohan alone he made a mistake. Maybe it’s his first day who knows :)!

Product arrived fast smells amazing made my skin feel soft , used before but was the butter. Definitely recommend stuff is incredible back for a food few hours of ink this month so glad product arrived so fast . Thanks again

I'm obsessed
I'm obsessed! I always use the balm in the gum scent when healing tattoos and it's really helps speed up the process and keeps them looking perfect. This stuff smells amazing and a little goes a long way. Ive recently started to use this stuff on my healed tattoos and it makes them look brighter and I get to smell like bubblegum all day long 💕

I always trust in butterluxe
I always trust in butterluxe. The green soap is my go to for new tattoos to keep them clean also handy for washing your hands before touching your healing ink. The balm is super moisturising without having to use loads. I love the scent of vanilla and watermelon. I recommend butterluxe to all my friends getting tattoos, no nasties 100% natural and vegan.
