Poor packaging resulting in tear
I'm always a giver of 5 stars and purchasing and delivery were great with Buy4PetsOnline. I was really excited for the new bed for the dog. However, the packaging of the item was poor which led to the damage of the item. If you know the item material is thin and the box is not big enough to cover the whole bed, at least put a cardboard protection on the exposed area before taping it so that when customers cut the box open, the item will be protected.
Only a 10% for next purchase or a self return for a replacement was offered. That's just not good enough.

Great service great shop I would highly recommend it but just to mention only a great service when dhl deliver the order
But a terrible service when an post delivers the order it's the reason I left my last supplier and if buy 4 pets online keep sending by an post I will be moving on again
It take an post double the time to deliver the parcel
With dhl you get the next day it's exactly the service I want so be warned buy 4 pets online give my parcels to an post anymore you be definitely losing a very loyal customer
I can't be waiting up to 1 week later and in 1 instance up to a month waiting for package
