disappointed with the cheap quality

I WISH I CHECKED THE REVIEWS HERE BEFORE!!!

My order never arrived. When I checked the courier tracking it says, delivery failed. I contacted the retailer, they said the delivery is failed due to phone number missing from the sales form which clearly is an OPTIONAL requirement. Hence, when I contacted them they requested a re-delivery charge which is absurd. Courier or the retailer could have contacted me before they give this "excuse" or if they made this information mandatory on their website, issue would have been ignored from the beginning. WORST online shopping experience EVER! I'm literally taking them to the court. Don't even think about purchasing

The product does open nasal passages and the magnet function works, the adhesive strips are ineffective- which totally defeats purpose. The overall quality feels cheap and and it is very bulky- very uncomfortable to sleep in. Delivery took two weeks, and they fall off within 20–30 minutes when sleeping, never mind running- came off within the first 6min!! I've been trying to contact the support for a number weeks now, without success- not even acknowledgement of my emails! No response to my email for support- total waste of money.

These people do NOT answer my emails or facebook chats.
I purchased the product and it does not fit; any of the sizes. The stickers do NOT stay on. This product is crap and a complete waste of my hard earned money. I have been trying multiple times to reach out and they do not respond. I am very disappointed in this company, They should be ashamed of running such a terrible company!

I ordered airo a few weeks ago.
They said it was delivered but I never received the product. Now they won’t reply to me.
Avoid dealing with them

The product itself works well—I can breathe much better when using it. However, the nose plasters tend to fall off quite easily, which is something that could definitely be improved.

The biggest downside was the delivery experience. My order took a very long time to arrive, and during that period their customer support didn’t respond to any of my emails. Interestingly, only after I left feedback here on Trustpilot did someone finally reach out, and from that point the delivery was resolved quickly.

Overall, I’d rate the product itself an 8/10, but their customer service and delivery process only a 3/10.

From the very first use, the Airo nose product completely changed the way I work out. Breathing has always been the hardest part of training for me, and Airo opened my airways in a way I didn’t think was possible. The difference in stamina and focus is immediate—I can push through longer sessions without feeling as winded, and my recovery time has improved noticeably.

What impressed me even more was the company itself. When I had a few questions before ordering, their team responded quickly and with genuine care. They went out of their way to make sure I got the right fit and even followed up afterward to ensure everything was working as it should. That level of customer service is rare, and it left me feeling valued rather than just like another order number.

Airo has not only improved my performance but has also made training more enjoyable. It’s now a part of every single workout, and I can’t imagine going back to exercising without it.

The product’s poor quality is unacceptable. It does not adhere to my skin and is removed after two minutes, even during sleep and gym workouts. This results in a significant financial loss. I strongly advise against purchasing this product, as it is a waste of money.

Ordered a few weeks ago. The tracking number they sent doesn’t work and no response to emails I sent.
I’m kicking myself for not realizing that this is clearly a drop shipping product and the reviews on their website do not match the reviews they get anywhere else

Followed the instructions to the letter: exfoliated, cleansed, and completely dried my nose, stuck the tabs in the perfect position, waited over 10 minutes, and I was actually really impressed with how well the tabs had adhered, but then the minute I applied the band the tabs just pulled off my nose as the magnet was way stronger than the adhesive. Supposed to be a 30 night supply but I’ve just wasted three of them trying to do it one time and given up. I was doubtful that it would actually stop my snoring anyway so I knew it may be a waste of money, but I was willing to try anything and could’ve lived with that if it just didn’t work, but the fact that they’re not actually fit for purpose in the first place is really annoying.

Doesn’t work for me and there’s no option to return unless it’s faulty, which it isn’t - it’s just not a great design. And it’s incredibly environmentally wasteful.

More crap from China. Took about 4 weeks to show up.

The product is defective because the minute you start sweating, the airo tabs come off. Have asked Airo for comment but they do not respond. I have asked for a refund and they do not respond.

AVOID!! Item doesn’t work. Have been enquiring about how to refund for weeks. Have to chase for a respond several times. They claim they re sending a new one ( which I don’t want. Then they claim they’ve part refunded (weeks later funds still haven’t come back. And I’m still enquiring how to return for a full refund with no response.

Looked as an option to assist with snoring and also assist with exercise. It does feel like it opens the nose a bit but had zero impact on snoring or improved breathing with exercise. Contacted customer services for refund options but no reply. Worked out an expensive product that hasn't worked as advertised

My friend recommended these to me via instagram, I suffer with blocked nasal passages.

I thought why not given them a go, I ordered them 13th May ! And it’s only just arrived 13th June !! Not impressed with the logistics of the delivery ( yodel are terrible)

I had to ask for updates personally which Airo are very responsive on emails

Product is ok it’s difficult to remove the adhesive magnet from the paper with the tool, they recommend to not touch it, it’s impossible too

At first it’s all dependent on where the magnet goes on your nose it’s very difficult to place and wait 5/10 minutes then when you put on the device the adhesive starts to come off ( you have to make sure your nose is clean )

Will I buy again probably not- questionable reviews

The same as all the other REAL reviews the stickers come off after 1 minute or any slight facial movement. I would not recommend this product I cleaned my face and made sure I dried my nose thoroughly and they still did not last longer than a minute they certainly would not work on a run or stay on in your sleep!

Supplied with a faulty and damaged product. Sent 3 emails to resolve and had no reply. Shocking customer service and poor product.

The stick on magnets peel off within seconds, rendering the product useless.
