Would give this a 0 if I could. The product was not what I was expecting and buyastar are refusing to provide me with their complaints procedure, speak to a manager and are now avoiding my emails. For the amount you pay, the product is absolutely useless and it’s not worth the money. They say you can see your star on sky google which is really pointless and is hard to navigate if you are not used to computers . Also then is absolutely no information on the star you purchase so it’s an absolute scam. Disgraceful service and I will continue to get my refund.

While we do the absolute best we can to help our customers there is a limit to the amount of abuse we can take so you so have taken the unprecedented step of blocking you from our email systems.
We asked you a few times to simply provide one reason you were not happy with the product and nothing was provided. Nothing you've stated here was ever mentioned to us, even once, via email. Then we started to receive several messages a day with threats and foul language at which point we had no choice but to take action.
I would kindly ask any other customers to look at the profile of this reviewer and their history and take this on balance when reading their review.

Amazing service, came quick seen as the way the current circumstances. I made a mistake on my certificate and I spoke to Dean and he was brilliant and fixed my problem within an hour. Perfect present for my boyfriend!

Great service
I named a star for my mum's 70th birthday which was quite close to Christmas but they managed to reassure me and send it out on time. There was a slight error in the name which was my fault but the email communication was excellent and it was rectified straight away and even the amended version got out to me on time! Great friendly service and great communication from the team.

Ni fiable ni segura.
Tras acudir a la web esperando que cumplan con el tiempo estipulado de envío y con un eslogan de: envio de 3 a 5 días laborables, 14 días laborables después sigue sin aparecer. Al ponerme en contacto con ellos me dicen que "esperan que llegue en los proximos días", sumando más tiempo al envío.

I ordered a star for my friend and her family. I ordered it Wednesday evening. I contacted Buy a Star the following day (Thursday) and was informed my order was about to be shipped. I received it Friday morning! I didn’t pay any extra for shipping. Cannot fault the service. It’s a lovely gift pack and a link so you can view your star. I am so pleased and cannot wait to give it to my friend, her son especially as he loves astronomy.

I was one of ‘them’ customers firstly I got the date wrong then I wanted to upgrade and I honestly cannot thank the gentleman that assisted me enough! He was kind and polite and got back to me instantly! The service has been amazing here and would fully recommend to everyone!
Wanted to get my mum something in memory of her mum (my Nan) and was so glad I found this site! Overall I’m so happy with my order!

My order did not arrive despite…
My order did not arrive despite speaking with Dean who sent out a replacement (ordered 6th October) Dean was very apologetic for this and sent out another special delivery which I happily received today. Chris at Customer Service is an absolute legend! We had problems with Royal Mail treating my envelopes badly and Chris happily and swiftly arranged replacements until we were happy.
