Great sales experience
I recently took out a warranty with Buy-A-Warranty and was very impressed with the service I received. The team were friendly, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, patient throughout the process. They took the time to understand exactly what level of cover I was looking for and explained the options clearly without any pressure or pushy sales tactics.

This company is a scam if u have a high…
This company is a scam if u have a high mileage car do not take a warranty they will not pay even if a garage gives a report that it is a mechanical fault they will find a way to. Put it down to wear and tear. Do not waste your money. If anything they will increase your bill
They will tell u to find a garage get a quote then refuse to cover the cost for diagnostic and any other related expenses. Do not use this company. Use them at your own risk. Even when they refuse to pay they still expect you to pay for the whole warranty term. They are a scam

Good efforts to turn situation around
My initial experience with this company was frustrating, particularly regarding the cancellation process during the cooling-off period. At the time, I received conflicting information and found communication unclear, which led to unnecessary stress and confusion.
However, following further discussions with the customer service team, they did make efforts to address my concerns and work towards a resolution. While I still feel the process could have been handled more smoothly and communicated more clearly from the outset, I appreciate that the company took the time to engage with my complaint and attempt to improve the situation.
There is certainly room for improvement in communication and consistency, but based on my later interactions, I believe the staff were genuinely trying to help resolve the matter. My experience was mixed overall, but I feel it is only fair to acknowledge the efforts made after my concerns were raised.
