2nd time I have purchased from BuyGlass and found the online process simple and easy to use.
Communication by emails to company are always quick response and helpful.

Quick, great quality and delivered without stress.

Very helpful on the phone; quick delivery of the correct mirrors, well packed and brought by a helpful driver.

Great products and delivered to my requirements

Great service, changed the delivery date straight away when asked

Great prices and prompt delivery. We're very pleased with Buyglass, bought two unframed mirrors from them for the fitting rooms at our new shop. They kept us updated on our order and the delivery time and we were advised on the morning, they arrived during that time period.

Very easy to deal with. Ryan was very helpfull from start of the process to the end. Collected template when they said they would delivered the glass on the day and time window they said they would , Highly recommend and would use again

Fantastic, very helpful, I had millions questions and every single one was answered and explained. Superb service.
Will be definitely using it again.

I needed a small piece of 5mm glass for a coffee table and many companies don’t stock this thickness now. Buy Glass were very helpful and quoted a very favourable price. Delivery was in an acceptable timeframe and I would use them again should the need arise.

10mm shower door with hinge cut-outs.
A couple of emails from Ryan to confirm some missing information from my drawings.
Dimensions on the finished door spot on, and I mean spot on to the mm, even the complicated hinge cut-outs.
Delivery time longer than some other companies but kept to, which I prefer to optimistic delivery dates subsequently missed.
Friendly and helpful delivery driver arrived within the 2 hour window notified early on delivery day.
I was a little nervous about using this company as they offered a substantially lower price than competitors. Glad I went with them, an altogether simple and happy buying experience.

Easy to use the website to order made-to-measure shower screen glass

First class service and product. I enquired about a custom piece of plate glass and received excellent advice and service from the customer service team. The price including courier was very competitive and the quality of the product excellent. A week after ordering I took safe receipt of the glass for a desktop in my studio. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Thank you

I had a few quotes for angled glass for a staircase and chose this company. Everything about the buying process was really straight forward, the glass sizes were spot on, really well polished and the delivery was at my convenience with a really helpful driver.

Trying to arrange delivery, was very poor asked to ring in day before for delivery information, I phoned in 3 times , pretty much fobbed off with little to no information no one phone me back . So now having to arrange someone to stay at home all day for a possible delivery beween 8am to 6pm
