Customer Service is just an auto-generated response

Customer Service doesn't exist. I reached out for help in February repeatedly. An auto-generated response is sent stating that they got the inquiry and will respond in a few days. However, nobody ever responds, and the "ticket" is eventually closed. Now in October, I'm reaching out to Savi support for the exact same issue that was never resolved.

My PSLF was granted!

Savi Student Loans - was instrumental in helping me achieve my PSLF! Thanks to their amazing customer support and one on one assistance I was able to finalize my PSLF. They kept me informed and educated throughout the entire process and I can only hope that others find their way to Savi and experience the freedom I do today.

i submitted a PSLF through savi

i submitted a PSLF through savi; after 1 week, my work did not sign it. I asked savi to help - they submitted again. it still took a few more days. they said it was my work's fault however when i sent the same form through PSLF website it was signed right away. I am not sure where the error was but i seemed to be able to do the task on my own so not sure where i was helped. but thank you anyway.

Unacceptable PSLF forms

My PSLF forms are still outstanding and one employer emailed me separately. In the email they state they are not familiar with this company and that the form is incomplete- unacceptable. They need a different form sent for them to complete PSLF verification.

Answers that should have been forth coming from Department of Education and Mohela weren't, but the answers were there with Matt at Savi.

First few days they are hung-ho

First few days they are hung-ho. Now I can’t get anyone to return a call or email with anything other than “what other questions do you have”
My question was when they were going to be sure their confirmed data matched my dept of Ed data …..
haha you guessed it “ what other questions do you have?” So I suppose I provided all of my personal information for SAVI to keep, and NOT ensure it’s reflected in Dept of Ed.

Everything

Everything! No resolve to my concern and the customer support rep was not helpful and informed me I just needed to update my hours worked which had nothing to do with my concern . I don't think I will renew my membership with SAVI when it is time.

Love Savi!!!

Savi did everything for me. They filled out all forms, and within a few months, my loans were dismissed. I couldn't be happier.

It’s been 4-5 months and nothing has…

It’s been 4-5 months and nothing has happened. I paid $100 for this service and I keep getting the runaround. Totally not worth it.

The ECF forms are easy but the none of…

The ECF forms are easy but the none of our data inputs work for SAVIs website. Although we have access to this paid SAVI essential service through my employer there are zero services that function the way they say they will outside of the ECF forms. We’ve tried working with SAVI for more than two years without success. It’s a waste of my employer’s money in our experience.

Deciding on Best Repayment Plan

I have been in a dilemma concerning what repayment plan is best for me. My NelNet representative explained the details of each loan I was considering. I applied for the best repayment plan for me through Savi’s website. It’s wonderful to have that decision behind me! Thank you, Savi!
