You placed an order for a color sample on December 27 for $2.99, which covered both the product and shipping. The product was shipped from our location in Pennsylvania the next business day, and it arrived at your location in Utah four business days after shipment. This delivery timeline aligns with industry standards and our advertised shipping timeframes.
Regarding the color variation, it’s important to note that colors may appear differently across screens due to factors such as display settings, brightness, contrast, and individual device calibration. Unfortunately, we have no control over these settings, which can cause slight differences in appearance.
We strive to provide the best possible service while keeping costs reasonable for our customers. While expedited air shipping options are sometimes available, we cannot afford to use those options for a $2.99 order without significantly increasing the price.

Look elsewhere. Cracked, chipped, assembly holes aren't line up, color isn't uniform across cabinets, instructions are often very basic, exorbitant shipping fees. Overall, not worth it.

Huge Variety & Great Quality
Cabinet Set offers a large variety of colors and styles. My husband and I have looked at several companies advertising RTA cabinets, but none have compared. We have only ordered samples, but the packaging and shipping experience was high quality. We appreciate that Cabinet Set offers color samples; other companies only offer full door samples for a much higher cost. We are excited to purchase our cabinets in the coming months!

What a wonderful experience
What a wonderful experience. I had to rebuild my kitchen due to water damage. The customer service that I received was awesome in making the process easier. I like that there is a store that you can visit to see the quality of the cabinets before making a purchase. The free kitchen design was a plus. I was able to see what the cabinets would look like prior to my purchase. When the cabinets arrived it was just like the design. The cabinets were carefully packaged.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Fast delivery. Only issue we had was that the drawer assembly instructions were quite vague. And the video they offer didn’t apply to the specific cabinets we ordered. Thankfully we were familiar enough with how drawer gliders operate and figured it out. Just took a little extra time.

Superior Service!!
Currently installing our cabinets, which look great. The service was really superb! Our order contained 2 different cabinet styles and it was great that the information was questioned just so no mistakes were made. The order was fulfilled quickly and when I had a question about constructing the pantry cabinet it was answered very promptly. Great work!

In stock RTA cabinets
RTA cabinets seem high quality and the machining was good (no parts needed adjustment for assembly, including drawers). Guide marks were about 70% accurately placed and sometimes required adjusting screw location, and predrills for hinges were too shallow, pretty consistently. No marks or predrills present for upper corner braces (and brace brackets were metal rather than the wood shown in the instructions). Cabinets were easy to assemble.
Shipping was fast - actually too fast. Shipping information was not received until AFTER the pallet was delivered and the shipper (R+L Carriers) DID NOT CONTACT US prior to delivery (though all the documentation said they were supposed to), and just left the pallet in the driveway without any signature. Luckily there was no damage.
