In 2023 I ordered a pair of sports glasses and they came relatively prompt and were good quality. Something must have changed with this company. Ordered over a month ago, still no glasses. They advertise 10-14 business days. Negative on that. At three weeks was told, they are complete but, “testing for quality sir”. At 4 weeks the same exact line. Now heading into 6 weeks with no glasses. The wait is not worth the savings for my schedule. Hoping quality has been maintained. Just be aware of length of actual delivery time. NOT as advertised.

I've ordered several pairs of glasses from CA Glasses, and they've always been fantastic. My most recent purchase was pair of blue light blocking glasses, and they are a game-changer for working on the computer all day. The frames are lightweight and comfortable, and the lenses work as advertised. The customer service was very attentive, and the shipping was prompt. I highly recommend CA Glasses!

Don't buy from these people. I bought safety glasses and they were very very cheaply made. It took them about a month to get them to me after I ordered & I got about 6 months of use before the frame cracked. They told me I could buy replacement frames from them & swap my prescription lenses to the new frame. The lenses were still glued in at the nose piece & I'm not an ophthalmologist who has the skills to do this type of work. They WILL NOT honor the alleged 365 day warranty. The warranty they follow is only good for 30 days.

Received my motorcycle safety glasses in my prescription in about 2 weeks. They are nice quality eyewear and I received two pairs. Don't know exactly how that happened but I was ecstatic that I will have a pair for motorcycle riding and a pair for hunting! I would definitely recommend CA glasses and I will be a repeat customer.

Company apparently could not make the glasses I ordered, so they emailed to suggest some alternatives. None were acceptable since I needed goggles, not just glasses. I declined the offer and asked for my money back. They sent even more links to glasses I didn't need. I asked to cancel again. They offered a discount. I firmly told them to cancel the order and refund my money.

They offered another discount. I finally had to file a claim with PayPal, and this company offered me a $25 refund on a $140 order! What?! Declined, still waiting on a full refund for glasses that were never made.

Do not order from this company. Ordered my prescription sunglasses on 6/7/2024 and as of 6/29/2024 I still have not received my glasses. I have a USPS tracking number that shows "something" in the postal distribution center that hasn't budged in days.

I ordered sunglasses in Sept 2023. They did not fit.
Returned them in Oct within 30 days. Now 9 MONTHS later, still no refund. Countless emails and phone calls. They say pretty words about customer service and no questions asked return. It's all horse manure!! Do not buy from this place.

SCAM stay away! Ordered cycling glasses $184 - they were awful. Couldn’t see. So I emailed and emailed no response. Contact PayPal then CA Glasses, aka Schultz Optical got back to me. Offered to replace. Demanded refund. They sent the RMA I sent the glasses. Then NOTHING. Now I have no glasses and no $184!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Update: their reply is comical. They say they’ll refund. They say they want you happy but in my experience only escalating to PayPal then to this site and then to my credit card company. Only after 3 months do I get a reply that my money will be refunded. They say they will refund “no questions asked” but then do not reply or communicate until you work through your payment company to get your money back. If I hadn’t constantly been on this and escalated with complaints there would be no refund.

Every single positive review you see here is a lie. I ordered prescription sports goggles online and they arrived a couple of weeks later. They were wildly uncomfortable, though the prescription itself was clear and correct. I wanted to return them per their "30-day money back guarantee, no questions asked" policy which is clearly stated all over their website. I then realized that they never actually sent me a confirmation email. I went to the website to try to find some information about my order or their return policy, but everything I clicked on just brought me right back to their main page. I tried calling the phone number listed and received an outgoing message stating that all representatives were busy and I should call back later. Then I found a live chat feature on their website, so I initiated a chat. The rep was very unhelpful and demanded that I provide them with a picture of my glasses prescription from my doctor. I refused because it has personally identifiable information on it, like my birth date. The rep suggested that I cover that up and send her the picture, which I did. She informed me that they would not issue a refund if I entered the prescription incorrectly. Well you can guess where this is going. I absolutely 100% did not enter my prescription incorrectly, but when I sent the picture, she popped right back with some blurry screenshot of an incorrect prescription. It was so wildly incorrect that no thinking person with a brain in their head could have possibly entered it wrong in that particular manner. This is a SCAM. They have that 30-day money back guarantee, no questions asked phrasing all over their website, but this is what they do. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, they will force you to send them a copy of your actual prescription and then tell you that you entered it wrong on their website. I cannot be the only one that this has happened to. It was a very polished presentation. Also, I suspect that they're Chinese owned, and not American owned as is indicated on their website.

0 stars if possible!! This company is a scam!! I’ve waited 3 months for a refund for googles I returned and many emails to them and haven’t received a refund. Customer service hasn’t responded in weeks after many emails and I’m out the money!!! I want my money back!!! What a joke!! Do not order from them!!!! They’ll steal your money!!!!!!!!

When someone "finally" chooses to respond via their customer service messaging ( I couldn't access their online portal because CA was going through a "transition") I was told my RX lenses are complete and CA was "testing their quality." 7 days later still no messaging on my sports glasses. When I again texted their customer service (no, the web portal still didn't work) they gave me some generic 3+ weeks jargon. now a week + since that communication still no update and, yes, the web portal still isn't working. I would never(!) order from this company again and have requested a refund on my order.

They don't tell you upfront that you have to wait 10-14 business days (2-3 weeks) before they ship to you. Who wants to wait that long for a pair of glasses? And I paid extra for shipping to get them sooner. What a waste of money.
UPDATE:
15 business days later I don't have the glasses. They are scheduled to arrive in 2 more business days, and that's after I paid extra for UPS shipping.

This company is a scam. Glasses frames are Chinese junk. Customer service is nonexistent. Stay away from this company.

So I ordered a pair of safety glasses on March 21, 2024 and was patient….at first. On April 10th the order status changed from “Lab” to “Shipped”. They provided me with a USPS tracking number so I went to check it out. USPS website said “Shipping label created, USPS awaiting item. I called on the April 12th because the shipping status had not changed. I decided to call and ask them about it. The representative assured me they had shipped and it was a “glitch” on the USPS website. Today is the 18th and low and behold the status is…..the same! I just called them again and “it’s the USPS fault” and she isn’t “authorized” to give me a refund. This lady somehow brought COVID into it! Will call back tomorrow and day by day get ruder and ruder…point is DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Worst company I have ever done business with. Had to turn them in to my credit card company for a refund.

Worst place ever! Takes forever to get glasses,and returns are a nightmare. Now over 17 days and still no refund and they are being vague and deceitful. Just don't do it!!!!

I ordered a pair of Matrix Hampton sunglasses with a prescription for long distance and close distance, after spending quite a bit of time working things out with their customer service staff. They were to be used for road biking. The close distance was to used for reading my trip computer, and checking my chain rings. They were unsuitable. The close correction worked between 12” to 14” only. I could hardly read my computer, and could not see my chain ring set. The long distance was not sharp through the field of view. So I opted for their policy to get my money back. They kept trying to have me replace them, but I had no faith they could fix the problem. What a nightmare. What was supposed to be a two week process took over two months, and I never got a refund. I called every couple of weeks, and they said accounting was looking into it, their hands were tied. So I eventually went to my CC company and they returned my money. The reason I’m writing this is I believe that this company (and Schultz Optical) is untrustworthy. So look out. We’ll see if they publish this review.

Worst company ever, website is run by Shultz Optical, avoid them like the plague unless you want to fight them with a credit card dispute. Ordered a pair of $167.00 safety glasses. Glasses were shipped in plastic bag first class mail with no padding or protection so of course they arrived crushed and broken. Contacted them multiple times asking for a RMA and sent photos. No response to emails, no answer on the phone, and when I got someone on the website chat they stopped responding to me when I asked for an RMA. Had to file a dispute with my card and am still fighting them for a refund. Their 100% guarantee no questions refund policy is a TOTAL SCAM. They finally issued an RMA once they received the card dispute but still will not refund me and are fighting the dispute. This site and business needs to be shut down. Any positive reviews you find about them are fake.
