They make refunding on your returns very difficult.
They have a LONG "inspection process". Then, if you haven't forgotten about it, you call and ask about the refund, and they apologise.
They offer to expedite the refund, but still don't.
Then, if you follow up again querying, they don't respond.

I've been waiting over a month now for a pair of safety glasses. I've called, left messages, talked to multiple people and they keep saying the same thing. Finally I got a tracking number. Unfortunately the tracking number has said for days now theyre waiting for the item only the label was created. What is going on with this company? I've read many reviews dealing with the same thing. Wouldn't recommend this site.

CAGlasses has come through with exactly what I needed. I drive race cars and run pretty well on my motorcycle through the twisties. I needed a pair of sport sunglasses that not only would slide easily on my head while wearing a helmet but also be capable of progressive bi-focals. To be able to glance at something close and read it (gauges, maps) is what I needed and CAGlasses were the only company I found that had sport sunglasses that were up to the task. They fit well and with the full frame are easy to slide on my head while wearing helmets. I was amazed at the varied sport glasses offered but I had to choose only one. Well maybe I’ll get another now that I see they are perfect for the job.

This is one shady company. I highly recommend you look for glasses elsewhere. They have a really pretty website, but the production and customer service is third world. I ordered prescription sunglasses on 7/19. It took about 3 - 4 weeks to receive the sunglasses, which seemed like a long time. When I got the package it had asian writing on it indicating it had come from China or Southeast Asia. That explained the exceedingly long turnaround.

The prescription was wrong and everything looked wonky through them even though I had provided them with my exact prescription. In addition they had advertised that my sunglasses had "spring hinges" which allow the arms to bend outward a little to fit on heads of all sizes. They didn't have spring hinges...they were falsely described. Because of the lack of spring hinges they were too tight on my head.

Emailed customer service on 8/15 asking for a refund...got no response. I initiated a chat with "Bria" on 8/27 and asked for a refund. She tried hard to convince me to just keep what I had and they would send a corrected pair. I said no because I had no confidence in them at this point, and insisted I wanted a refund. Bria disappeared from the chat. After about 2 hours of silence I posted that I was going to dispute the charge with my credit card. Suddenly she reappeared and said she had been having difficulty with her internet connection. She said she would send my request for an RMA to "the lab" and that they would provide it to me within 48 hours.

48 hours came and went but no RMA or any communication at all. On Sunday 8/31 (4 days after our chat) I disputed the charge with my credit card company. On 9/3 I finally received an email from their customer service in response to my original email and they were again trying to do anything to avoid giving me a refund.

On 9/12 (9 days after I disputed the charge) I suddenly got a text and an email providing me with an RMA. The RMA said that it would expire after 10 days so I decided to wait and see what my credit card company was going to say because I knew that CAGlasses wasn't going to honor the RMA.

The credit card company came back to me saying that CAGlasses informed them that they had provided me an RMA. I gave them all the details I just related above about how it all went down and the credit card company ruled in my favor. I got my $111 back, but it was hell. Never again. Avoid this company like the plague.

This company has gone to truly GREAT lengths to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase and honored their warrantee with literaly no hassle at all. They get my highest endorsement.
