Update: refund never came through! CA Glasses is an actual scam and I am disputing with my credit card company.

CA Glasses sold me glasses that they later admitted would never have worked for my prescription. They refused to offer a refund of the difference to remake the glasses in a different style that were cheaper, even though it was their fault for allowing the production and sale of unusable glasses. The customer service phone number is fake, no one answers, and by email they will only reply a day or two later which makes resolution a lengthy process. I had to pay out of pocket to return the glasses, and still have not received a refund despite them being delivered back over a week ago. I also have not gotten any response from their service team since shipping them back. Awful experience that has taken almost 2 months of back and forth and is still not resolved. I'm over $150 in the hole over this and they do not take accountability or care about customers who trusted them

This is a great company to work with. I had broke my sunglasses and they went above and beyond to help me out and get me set up with a new ones. Thanks.

I've purchased three pair of sport glasses for tennis over the last few years that fit the bill for both looks and safety considerations. All were single vision prescriptions. I love em! Recently I ordered a different style of progressive lens glasses for driving etc. Unfortunately, the prism feature in my prescription was missing. I spoke with Amber in Customer Service and couldn't be more pleased with the immediate resolution and replacement.

To be honest the product itself was decent the pricing was a little misleading but not outrageous. The problem lies in customer service there is none.. if there's anything wrong with your order good luck trying to get the company to respond with the appropriate action.

I received my 2nd pair of wrap around bifocal sunglasses a couple of weeks ago. The first pair (different frame) were perfect! The cost was less than half of basically the same glasses at my opticians! The second pair did have a problem with the bifocals, and I was a little worried since I didn't know how this would be resolved. All it took was one email, and they were off and running to make them right! They ask for some additional information, and started right away making the replacements. I was amazed at how easy the process was. It was actually easier than working with my optician.

Great selection and options available, the support provided due to a frame size issue (my fault) was impressive!!. I will order from them again soon.

Glasses arrived on time but there was an issue with lens that Bria in customer service did an excellent job to fix the issue. Bria responded in a timely manner and stayed on top of the issue. I've ordered 2 pairs of sports glasses from CA for my daughter over the past 2 years and have been very satisfied with the price and overall quality of the glasses. Placing the order is easy, but the glasses do take ~3-4 weeks to arrive, so plan accordingly when ordering.
