The caglasses.com company has gone far above what you would expect. My first pair of glasses didn't work correctly. So they asked me several questions, took pictures of how the glasses fit, and are making a new pair with a different frame and lenses. This is what you call customer service at its best. Five Stars is not a high enough rating.

1/2/26 Update
After posting the below review, CA reached out to me to take “full responsibility for the misunderstanding”. They now have offered to send the 2nd remake pair of glasses. We shall see how this goes…

I ordered glasses from CA in August 2025. When I first received my glasses, they were sunglasses and not transition lenses as I requested/ordered. Upon contacting the company, they offered a 2nd pair at 1/2 price. I should have just gotten my money back then but I went ahead and ordered the 2nd pair. When I finally received them, the lenses were so thick and heavy that I couldn’t wear them. I contacted them and while waiting to hear back, I went to Walmart who informed me my no line ‘line’ was in the wrong place and that’s why I was having some vision issues. I ordered a 3rd pair of glasses from Walmart and got them with no issues in 5 days. Still waiting to hear back from CA, I contacted them again to let them know the line was in the wrong place and they offered to remake BOTH pair of glasses. I agreed and waited some more. Upon making 1 pair, they asked if they could send them to make sure they were correct before remaking the 2nd pair. I obliged and after ordering glasses in August, I finally received a pair that I could wear and see out of on 12/20/25!!! YES, it took 4 months to get ONE correct pair!!!! The company then contacted me on 1/1/26 to let me know they will NOT be remaking the other pair of glasses due to when I originally received the 1st pair of sunglasses (which should have been transition lenses) I let them know the VISION was fine - I didn’t realize the line was off as I’ve never worn bifocals before and therefore had no clue where the no line was supposed to be. Upon speaking with Kathy on 1/1/26, the case has been closed, I paid for 2 pair of glasses through CA (3 total when you add the Walmart pair) - I have 3 pair but only 1 of them is useful and wearable and CA could care less about helping make this right. I highly suggest you DO NOT order from them!

Please note - I originally ordered in August 2025 & finally received 1 pair of glasses in December 2025.

Also - all of these 5 star reviews they have are fake. They request you leave them a 5 star review, screenshot it and send it to them in order to receive free shipping!!! How are you supposed to leave a review BEFORE they ship your order. 1000% a SCAM company!!!

I placed an order with this company for a pair of sunglasses on November 18th. It's now December 30th. This was supposed to a Christmas gift. This company's customer service keeps telling me that the glasses are going through quality testing phase. I've got better results from my local optometrist. Avoid ordering anything from this company.

So they reached out today and had shipped out today. Still no delivery date I get the holidays. Yes it took 28 days compared to the 14 days as stated hopefully they do the right thing now for other customers

Horrible experience. Glasses took 65 days to arrive. 65 days! Was unsatisfied with them. Chose a different pair. 72 more days for replacements to arrive! What?!

Great glasses, easy to work with customer service on fixing an RX issue. Bria helped me out, very friendly and knowledgeable.

CA Glasses had the widest selection of glasses at the best prices and with great options for lenses that I found after comparing six of the leading vendors. I settled on the Matrix Upton Safety Glasse with Anti-fog prescription lenses. They are ANSI Z87.1 Certified, light, very confortable and look great. I did have an issue with a mistake on my prescription and an actual caring human responded to me right away and offered me a great option to resolve my issue.

Got my glasses on time and everything was correct. No complaints and I might even come back again. Edit: On my first order it took over 2 months for me to get my glasses, mind you they have a 15-day guarantee. Then, after I received my glasses, they were the wrong prescription and CAglasses wouldn't even honor there "no questions asked" replacement. In exchange for a 5 star review they would give me a 50% discount on a new pair. The new pair also took over 15 days. I couldn't even get what I wanted because they apparently, they offer frames that can't even hold prescription lens. I do not recommend this company

The only company I will ever use for my prescription safety glasses. They have been amazing over the years, always helping and making sure I'm happy. Prices can't be beat as well! I've turned on several coworkers to use CA Glasses as well. They are the best! Glasses last a long time too, even working construction outside every day.

I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses about two years ago and I really like them I got a lot of good use out of them. I just recently bought another pair and I really like them too they fit great.

New to prescription glasses and need wear safety glasses at my job. CA Glasses went up and beyond my expectations to make sure they fit correctly! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will be back again for my next pair!

Reasonable price on good glasses. Also great customer service. My initial order didn’t work out well for me, due to inherent challenges of ordering glasses online, however I contacted customer service and they were very helpful in answering my questions and they stood behind their stratification guarantee, sending me a completely new different pair of glasses which better met my needs, with the only additional expense being the upcharge for different lens materials and the cost of shipping.
